I love this mask. I’m not a hair care connoisseur or anything, but this mask def has what i was looking for. I have naturally curly (3a) dark brown hair that i bleached platinum and dyed many times. I was conditioning etc but i was losing a lot of moisture and my curls were literally gone at the base of my neck and looser in a lot of places. I left this mask on in place of conditioner in the shower for 20 mins, and my hair felt like new again. Not as healthy as before i bleached 3x obv but it was a very drastic change right away. I use it about 1x every 1-2 weeks and it keeps my hair healthy and shiny! Got many compliments too :) For complaints, it’s gotta be the packaging. The container itself is a very smooth acorn shape that i cant really hold while im in the shower. It also was only shipped in a thin paper box which didnt protect it at all during transit. It leaked a bit but it didnt really affect my use of the product and i only lost a little bit. Again, just a shipping issue. If you buy more than one item in your order this probably wont happen to you.

I have used MANY masks of all kinds and none had moisturized my hair as much as this one, it's worth the price. My hair is from 3c to 4a and I will leave you a picture of the shine and hydration it leaves me.

Normally terrific products, this is how this product arrived. It appeared opened and used. Concerned about quality, integrity and safety of the product, I put it right back in the bag and am returning it. Thankfully was able to return as these products are not cheap.

used the mask for the first time this morning and loved how my hair turned out. I have long wavy processed hair and style it straight and tend to like a heavier mask. My hair hasn't felt this soft and healthy in a long time. Reason for 4 stars not 5 is it has a very strong fragrance and still smelling it several hours later. I do prefer a more natural botantical scent but will likely continue to use this because of the fantastic results! .

Avevo i capelli molto rovinati dopo vari trattamenti per schiarirli. Grazie a questa maschera sono riuscita a idratarli e renderli morbidi e lucidi di nuovo. Il prezzo è sicuramente molto alto ma ne basta una piccola quantità, a me è durata 3 mesi e ho i capelli molto lunghi, lavo i capelli ogni due giorni causa cute grassa. Il profumo è delicato e buonissimo, gli effetti visibili già al primo utilizzo. La qualità Shu Uemura c’è e si vede.

Une fois rincés, les cheveux sont parfaitement démêlés, pas besoin de les brosser et ils sentent bons. Une fois sec, les cheveux sont doux et semblent soigner dès la première utilisation.
