The Feroglobin comes in two forms, the souped up one with larger doses of added supplements and this kind labelled Gentle. You might be surprised, but if you check individual kinds of supplements, they all have side effects so, in my opinion, this is the preferred form of Feroglobin if you take a robust daily vitamin or take supplements in addition to the Feroglobin. My husband bought about 5 boxes of this. I am finishing it up. When done, I will probably go back to Slow FE, a time release 45 mg. iron pill to take with my daily vitamin pill as feel a little peppier with the larger iron dose in spite of the fact that my last primary care physician cautioned against taking too much iron. In other words, I probably should continue with this.
