Box was tampered but works as expected
The box that it came in looked like it was tampered with. It was bruised and there was some markings on it, but the content inside was sealed. The Raspberry PI worked as expected. I'm happy with it thus far.

bad SD card. junk.
Bad SIM card. won't format from my disk utility or with the SD Association SD card formatter. junk.

Get a diffrent SIM card!
BAD SIM CARD, multiple computers wont detetect it is also very cheap. Pi is a good product but SIM is garbage!

Tutto perfetto. L'unica cosa che non ho testato è stato il case incluso in quanto ne ho comprato uno a parte per poter alloggiare internamente l'ssd. Peccato non esista un case identico in grado di alloggiare anche ssd con hat

Fair price, good support, nice bundle
I bought a Raspberry Pi 5 8GB for my home assistant and everything was fine. I bought a second one for robotics, and unfortunately, the board was not working. I contacted support, even though it was late before COB, and they immediately started the support procedure. They even assisted me with an additional request as well. I can highly recommend them. Note: The SD card, HDMI cable, and SD card reader are not high quality but are acceptable, fairly priced, and reliable if you don't want to spend more money for basic usage like mine. If you are an expert, you probably know what you are doing and don't need to read my comment about getting a better SD card, and so on :D

Everything You Need to Get Started
This is a fantastic starter kit for anyone looking to get up and running with a Raspberry Pi 5. Everything arrived well packaged and included all the essentials. Setup was straightforward, and the Raspberry Pi runs smoothly with the included components. The case fits nicely, and the cooling solution does a great job of keeping temperatures under control. The 64GB storage is plenty to get started with projects, media servers, home automation, or general tinkering.
