SOOOOOOO, I read the reviews and saw that this item was frequently returned. That made me hesitate for alot, but it was a perfect match for the plates that I had recently bought and I really wanted 4 mugs for my set. I took a chance despite all the comments/warnings and boy, I was glad the risk paid off!! My set came without any chips or broken or damaged parts. The grey is the perfect match. Just what I wanted. The mugs are a generous size. Didn't have a problem with the ridges or the holder. I am a very satisfied owner.

These are beautiful. They're stylish and functional. Holds 10 oz from my keurig with enough room for milk or creamer. Dishwasher safe and still look great after a month of consistent use. Stain resistant. I thought I'd only use them for guests but use them daily. Have the smaller set too.

These are perfect coffee mugs. The first shipping caused several to break but replacement was easy and quick. Much appreciated!

Day one review Looks nice, but maybe not so practical for hot drinks — you’ll need decent finger grip strength (if you’re using two fingers in the middle rung your middle finger will get burnt after it slowly slides to cup from that scalding hot, sweet cocoa you made) or just have thumb on top, index on middle rung, middle finger on the bottom of handle. Mug feels sturdy and has a nice light weight to it. The matte black color is verrry nice - just hope it doesnt chip off easily later. Definitely handwashing.

I like the organization and look of these. They hold coffee and clean up well.

I love these mugs. I love the red colour and the stand that they come in, and you get a good size cup of coffee. I would definitely recommend.
