Beautiful faucet
This faucet is sturdy and well made. After a couple of years of use, the valves got a bit hard to turn. I contacted customer service and they were excellent to deal with! They communicated well and sent me a replacement part immediately. I’m so glad because I did not want to change out my faucet, it is the perfect style for my space.

Beautiful, excellent customer service, but vulnerable to corrosion
The black version of this faucet was installed in a renovated guest bathroom. It is a beautiful, great compliment to the room. This bathroom is infrequently used, since it is primarily for guests. The faucet spout itself was rarely even touched. However, after about two years after installation, small distortions in the black paint on the spout were noted. These developed further into corrosion pits. I contacted the manufacturer, providing documentation of the developing problem. The manufacturer graciously agreed to replace the spout free of charge if I paid for shipping; an offer I accepted.I'm pleased to report that the installation is now as beautiful as ever, thanks to exceptional customer service. I'm giving a 5 star review because of this response (and beauty of the product), despite disappointment that the spout needed replacement.

Quality product, simple yet beautiful
I installed two of these wall faucets for use with vessel sinks. Usually buying inexpensive plumbing fixtures leaves me skeptical, but I was surprised at how well the faucets were constructed. They’re solid, and simple. I definitely recommend buying.

Beautiful hardware, looks amazing in our bathroom
We bought this hardware to use in our coffee shop bathrooms, and it is beautiful! I hate going to a public place and the bathrooms are gross and the fixtures are nasty. This was the perfect compliment to our decor and the style of our bathrooms. It gets used a ton, and has held up pretty well. When some of the parts wore out I reached out to the customer service line and they responded right away and are sending new parts out right away, and I only have to pay shipping! It was definitely the right decision to buy this faucet!

Great faucet (protect the finish when you install it!)
This faucet is a great value for the money. It looks good, however, make sure you protect the finish when installing as it’s a little bit easy to damage it. It was very easy to install, I did it myself after I had a terribly incompetent person try to install it. He lost some pieces (and damaged the finish), but the seller was able to help me out in replacing them. I would definitely buy it again!

Gold finish ruined by with contact with WATER
Really wish I could give this a good review. Faucet arrived quickly, is truly beautiful pre install, seemed well made and sturdy, straight-forward to install but has a fatal flaw: the brushed gold finish comes off/turns a permanent blue/grey from contact with water. Obviously a pretty huge problem on an object intended to deliver and constantly in contact with water. This became apparent within just 48 hours of installation. After attempting to gently clean what I initially assumed were just water spots I realized the finish itself was affected. During unboxing and installation I noticed that the back side of the flush plates have this bluish metal colour more exposed where the applied finish clearly stops. It's a concealed part of the hardware so that's not a problem - but having already observed it I soon realized what was happening on the handles and then faucet itself over the days that followed. Really too bad. I ordered from Canada and paid to expedite shipping, so excited to have found this great looking faucet on amazon. Hugely disappointed.

Looks great but cant use set screws as they are too deep.
Well I love the picture they used for the advertisement, I have mine installed just like their picture and well you can't tighten the set screws with them like that. So thats for the low rating. No one wants their handles to fall off. Looking into other solutions to attach them. I have attached pictures so others can see an be for-warned.

Il y a une certaine complexité à installer. Je suis novice et j'ai réussi. Le robinet puisqu'il doit être encastré dans un mur de 2x4. Moi jai du 2x3.Le robinet doit "tenir" avec 2 vis. Alors j'ai mis une base en 2x3 En-dessous auquel j'ai mis 2 trous pour les tuyaux.Ça donne vraiment un beau style à la salle de bain.
