I bought the 4 pack just to try it. And now wish I would’ve bought more! This stuff is great! After taking the sleep shot, you first get relaxed and then fall into sleeping like a baby! My husband didn’t believe it would work so of course I became a guinea pig the first night and he also tried the second night. He is convinced now too. I had to order some for the both of us. Great product! 5 stars all around! And the taste isn’t bad at all!!!!

I’ve struggled with sleep for a very long time. These work incredibly well for me. I usually only drink 1/4th of the bottle or so. I keep about 2-3 boxes of these around because I use them 3-4 times a week on nights where I’m not feeling tired. Tastes pretty good. I don’t wake up feeling tired or groggy afterward.

No bias honest review: I was looking to take this on a long haul flight 14+ hours, so i tested it before my flight to see if it would actually work for me. I ended up getting very tired almost 2 hours after drinking it. I could tell that it was the reason I felt that tired. My issue with it is that both times that I tested it, I kept waking up multiple times in the middle of the night at times i never would. It put me to sleep but didn't keep me asleep. I would still recommend people to purchase this to try it themselves since people react differently.

I’m a long time fan of Dream water. It comes in little bottles or gummies. The first one I tried gave me busy dreams but not at all any bad dreams, and I was able to wake up without side effects. I think it’s so useful without side effects like the terrible headaches I get from straight Melatonin or other sleep aids. Note: The gummies are far cheaper and less wasteful than the plastic bottles

LOVE this! I've had trouble sleeping for the last year and typically take Melatonin but I wake up during the night (around 1am or 3am, sometimes both). I am 115lbs, sensitive to anything I ingest (such as caffeine) so I only took 1/3 of a bottle and it helped me fall asleep. I felt drowsy within 15 minutes and what's best is that I slept through the night! For an insomniac, this is a "dream" and prefer it over the powder packets also sold by the same company. I can't say enough good things about this product. Oh, make sure you give it a solid week to try. The first 2 nights, I still woke up at random hours of the night, but after the 1st week, I was a sound sleeper and felt refreshed by morning! I hope this helps others as it has helped me tremendously.
