Measures Nothing
This unit is totally worthless based on accuracy. It was checked against calibrated BACtrack units and registered nothing when the BACtrack units showed a BAC content. If you want a false sense of security, this unit is for you. If you want accurate readings, buy a BACtrack or other quality unit because this is not one!!

Not accurate at all
Useless, i wanted to check it, i was clearly tipsy and it says i was fine to drive. Do not use this if you need accuracy for BAC.

It’s ok for young amateurs
Only goes up to .19 which displayed intoxicated but I swear I done drank myself to Fubr status and I know I must of been pass .25! Disappointed it doesn’t go higher

Not Sure This Is Accurate?
I occasionally like to drink alcohol but I make it a point to never drink and drive. If drinking a glass of wine or two at home, that’s not an issue. If I’m going out I will always catch a bus or rideshare. The one time I do find these devices useful is the next day after drinking. It’s often possible to still have alcohol in the bloodstream and this seems to vary with a person’s individual metabolism. For years I’ve taken a similar type of meter with me when traveling to check my BAC (blood alcohol content) before driving.Sometimes, the morning after a heavy night I have found myself with a BAC of around .02%. That’s under the driving limit of .05% in my state, although I would still prefer to wait until completely clear until driving and a meter helps with that.I thought this meter oversampled to quite a large degree (i.e. suggested I had much more alcohol in my system than there probably was). One morning I tested at .02% on my own meter (and another different one I had on hand) however this meter showed .11% which would have me palpably drunk and staggering which I clearly was not.I can’t say for absolute certain this meter is oversampling but it just seems highly unlikely that my BAC would be that high, that long after drinking so I think I’d prefer to rely on my previous meter in this case.On the flip side, if this meter shows you are clear, then you can pretty much guarantee you have zero measurable alcohol in your bloodstream. That’s a choice each individual will need to make for themselves.Other than that, the meter appears well made, is simple to operate and comes with a healthy number of extra mouthpieces so that the unit can be used by more than one person.
