This was my first pressure cooker purchase. I'm extremely impressed with how easy it is to use. I love the fact that it is stainless steel. I've made meat in it so far, and it is very flavorful and tender. Making your own stock (chicken/beef/bone broth) from meat was amazing! I've actually never had broth that taste so good and rich.The ease of cleanup was simple. Nothing stuck on the bottom of the pot. If you buy this you will not be disapointed. I'm looking forward to making other dishes too.

Easy one-handed lid removal, and the top rotating lock knob stays cool to the touch even after pressure cooking. This thing is not only beautiful to look at, but it is built like a tank. I’m able to do fried chicken in the pressure cooker with excellent results and this pressure cooker has multi-layers of backup pressure protection to prevent any accidents. The floating rocker valve also locks on with a little force, to prevent the weight from falling off when flipping the lid. That was an issue I had with another pressure cooker where I lost the pressure weight when it fell off one time, making it a useless pot. This pressure cooker is easy to clean and so far, no discoloration, nor warping. I love this pressure cooker so much that I purchased a second one to leave stored in the box, in case they ever stop manufacturing it and I can’t get a similar replacement.
