Really poor design for anything but a very light box. The wheels are too small to navigate stairs effectively, and hard so they tend to bounce the load. The entire construction is pretty lightweight, there is no way I'd trust this with the rated 330lbs, nor would that be advisable as even extended it's very short and you'd be severely bent over trying to navigate off camber or stairs, which I bought it for. .When loaded, there's no design to keep contents secure, things want to shift off unless you use the bungee cords, which is a hassle...traditional trucks have curvature to hold loads securely. Given the price, the overall quality is very disappointing. For less, you can buy an inflatable wheel true hand truck with large wheels that does a better job at pretty much everything, and will not scare you with a heavy load.

Helped to move a lot of boxes into new house. Do not overload. Put two heavy boxes of books and thought it was going to collapse, so removed one box and moved them separately. Went up stairs quite easily!

Works okay, but doesn’t really change go hard it is to haul something up the stairs, still just as heavy…... It’s just quieter, and maybe easier on the actual steps.

Perfect for moving—easily handled 3 to 4 large boxes down the stairs. Helped avoid back strain. Solid build for the price. Not commercial grade, but great for a move or occasional home use

Do not buy!!! This dolly couldn't handle 120lbs without the wheels bowing outwards. 80lbs it did ok. But by then I just carried my stuff up and down the stairs. This dolly is more work than just doing it yourself.

I bought this for my parents since I live far away and can't always help them with heavy lifting. They have stairs in their house, and this cart has been a huge help for carrying things up and down. It’s sturdy, easy to use, and the stair-climbing wheels make it so much easier for them to manage on their own. My parents love how it folds up for storage, and the adjustable handle is perfect for them. This has made their lives so much easier, and I’m so glad I got it for them.
