My boyfriend is a huge coffee drinker and has used a pepper grinder to grind his coffee all this time. I wanted to get him something nice for his birthday and settled on this! We used it the morning he opened it and it was incredibly quiet, efficient, and sleek.I think for the price I paid, the outcome was so worth it; if not more. The case makes it easy to transport and it isn’t too heavy!He really loves it and has used it every day for a month now.

I was looking to add a manual grinder to my setup, mostly for travel purposes. I normally drink espresso at home but do pour over or French Press when traveling. After doing a lot of reading, the X Ultra fit exactly what I was looking for. The first one showed up, and the finish was really pretty awful. Directly from their FAQs: "Minor imperfections on the surface of the metal are to be expected during the aluminum anodizing process." I submitted for a replacement and received it quickly. It was better but still far from the quality I would expect on a product in this price range. The grind quality is on par with just about anything else. The adjustment dial is top notch as well as the magnetic catch cup. The carrying case is quite nice and includes the basic tools you need to keep it clean. They need to find a different finishing process though as it really takes away from the quality of the rest of the grinder.

I watched a few Youtube videos of several grinders and finally settled on this one over the much more expensive one from the same company. Glad I did because this works so great once you figure it out. I found a grind setting online for what I needed to use for Keurig machine. Once I dialed it in it came out perfect!Much better then the auto grinders in my opinion.

Es super recomendado, muy practico ya que tiene 240 posiciones de molido, desde café turco hasta la prensa francesa. La razón para las 4 estrellas, es que el depósito donde cae el café molido es muy fácil que se suelte del molino y se puede caer al piso, es una lástima que suceda esto ya que el molino como tal es excelente. Lo recomiendo, pero al momento de moler tener mucho cuidado de que no se suelte el depósito. Agradeceria si alguien pudo solucionar dicho problema. Gracias.

Although expensive it grinds coffee to perfection which leads to exceptional coffee. A beautiful grinder that works to perfection.
