Arms do lift straight up in line with the back if you want them out of the way, seat does lower or rise depending on how you have it set. Does have slight give to it when you lean back, so that it is not stiff. It has been quality so far, was easy to assemble and looks nice next to my desk.

Easy to assemble. Comfy, though I have owned it about a week, we find it still as comfy. Adjusting arm rests are useful. I'm 5' and it's a bit tall for me at the lowest setting, but my fiance is 6'2'' so at a higher height works for him. I recommend it. I'd buy it again.

Seems to be solid built for the most part. Love that it came with extra screws and a T-handle allen wrench for the screws. But like most furniture that comes with allen screws/tools, by the end assembly, the tool starts stripping, so be careful or grab a socket like i did. The chair works great, if i had to complain about anything, the arms are solid built but the have some movement, that appears to be the only weak part of the chair. I love the all metal base, i just wish the casters were also metal. Im 6’2 and 279lbs, it supports me very well. Im sure the cushion could be better but for the price, its fine. Speaking of price, check other chairs from this company before buying, i think i paid $109 for this one, after looking i could have got a very similar chair for $59 or even the exact same chair as this one with a head rest for $79. This is a great value. It took me about 30 minutes to assemble, and I’m impressed by the build quality, the easy-to-follow instructions, and the fact that all parts and tools needed for assembly were included. The chair is solidly constructed, and I’m loving it so far.

Great chair for a good price, light weight but very sturdy. Assembly is no problem if you follow the instructions (there is an order on how to assemble the arm rests and if you do not follow it, you may have some misalignment issues). That you can flip up the arm rests is awesome, so you can push the chair under the desk when not in use. I was never able to do that before, such a space saver.Works great, looks good, very happy.

The chair is fine - not fine furniture but suited for use in my workshop. However, the assembly was considerably more difficult than expected when working to attach the arms to the chair back. While the predrilled holes on the arm supports lined up properly with the seat, those for attaching the back did not line up. After trying a few work arounds to get the screw holes lined up finally ended up having to use furniture clamps to squeeze the arm supports to the b ack to get the holes lined up close enough to attach the back. What should have been a twenty minute job turned into an hour of frustration. Finally got it together but would not order another. Update: The 3 star review is accurate based on assembly. But I give the vendor 5 STARS for customer service as I received an offer for a full refund. I am not going to accept the offer because the chair does work for my needs and I am over the frustration in assembly.

This chair is fairly easy to assemble and I have assembled at least 4 of them and I am not handy. The problem is sometimes the part where you screw the arm base to the seat bottom is difficult (pg.07, section 5) in the directions! The manufacturer does not always align the holes in the correct spot so in 2 of the chairs there are only 3 screws in the bottom instead of 4. Also, the seat is not very comfortable.

The chair is a much better quality than I expected for the price. Back lumbar support is not the best. However, since I only spend an hour or so at my desk, it's very comfortable. The seat has lots of padding and is a much larger than expected. A little trouble assembling the chair as the holes didn't easily match up. So some it took a little over an hour to get it together. But extra screws and the screwdriver are enclosed. Would definitely buy again!!

A great chair. Exactly what I needed for a dual purpose result. On the one hand a comfortable mobile chair with back support and armrests for attending to my computer and regular desk duties. And second, with the arms flipped up I can strap on my guitar, have my usual prep workouts to loosen the fingers, and then get into "playing mode" and work through my song choices as part of my daily practice. A little tricky to assemble but it only takes patience and following the provided guidelines to get through it, and then - Voila - Assembled and customized to your exact needs.

This is a light and basic black office chair with synthetic seat upholstery and metal legs. Assembly took me less than 30 minutes. The seat is not perfectly horizontal, but is instead tilted back a little. The back of this chair features rigid peace of plastic serving as lumbar support that may be adjusted up or down, depending on personal preferences. It is able to tilt back in a limited range when I lean back, and the counteracting force may be adjusted by tightening or releasing a coil spring located under the seat. While in sitting position, the user will only be able to operate a single paddle lever that allows changing the height of the chair. There is no provision to change/adjust neither the initial seat nor back inclination. The armrests are not rigid enough imho. They may be lifted upwards, which helps to push the chair deeper under the desk when not in use. In my case, lifting one armrest also helps me to easier operate the computer mouse which is located on under-desk tray just above my knee height. Overall, I believe the quality of this chair corresponds to its modest price. It will definitely serve well enough while on the budget.

This chair arrived disassembled, but it was very easy to put together (it did require a bit of screwing in). The first page in the manual has a QR code, you just go to that youtube link, and it made the simple assembly even easier. The manual is fairly easy to follow too if you don't want to watch the video. The chair is quite comfortable, the seat is large and padded, the meshwork fabric keeps it breathable and cool. I like that the armrests are also padded, hydraulic height adjustable and rocker incline can be set. The only difference to my existing chair is this one did not have an individual headrest, but I don't usually use the headrest anyway so it is more than fine without. Rolls smoothly.

Lightweight and lumbar support can be moved to adjust to your back height. I like it for the price
