It is an important supplement. My doctor suggested it's use. It protects the heart and liver. Being diabetic and on meds, this definitely works.

Great, i love this addition to ny supplements. However, they have silica/silicon dioxide and im not supporting anything longer buying supplements with this nanotechnology so i want you to know and the brand.

Taking my daily dose going to exercise at the gym or going cycling training, this item is part of my regimented and provide with extra energy you need, will buy again.

My husband loves these and says they are great for keeping arteries clear. Easy to swallow, and he's still alive so they must be working!

This is full of fillers. These are unnecessary. I like my supplements pure. This is a big bottle at 249cwosukes and small enough in size. TMG is supposed to be good for healthy cellular function. Jury is out on that.

Good value for the money.

This is the best TMG I have found! It is a higher dose per capsule at 1500mg, but the capsules are still small and easy to swallow. I have definitely noticed better sleep as I have been consistently taking TMG now for a couple months. I will update back on the full effectiveness after I have my next round of labs.
