Wheels are great and glides smoothly. Chair has held up so far purchased for home shop and gets daily use

The seller was cooperative to offer a solution for me with this chair....... However, this product is challenging to assemble. Only photos are provided for instructions, and not written words. Some of the screws were stripped. It took my husband and me close to 2 hours to put this together. I'm 5'2 and my feet do not hit the floor with the chair lowered all the way. I do not recommend this product for short people like me.

The media could not be loaded. Since the pandemic, I have been working from home. I started having back and neck pain. After visiting the doctor, he recommended that I buy a chair that had support for my back both at the top and bottom.This chair is exactly what my back needs. I can work for long periods without getting cramps. It's made with excellent quality materials, and the fabric feels soft and doesn't make me hot.Another feature I love is the wheels. They are soft, silent, and the rubber ensures they don't damage my laminate floor. Additionally, it rolls easily throughout my workspace.I feel like an executive. In video call meetings, the chair looks very elegant, offering me distinction when talking to my clients. I absolutely love it.Easy for ensamble

I do like this chair but it doesn't have any give in the back. You have to sit straight up you cannot lean back. I probably did not fully read that it doesn't have that capability. Just be aware when you purchase this chair. Other than that it is nice. Not as comfortable as I would like it. Good height, rollability, value, easy to put together.

Prose - The chair Is comfortable. I'm a big person. 6'5"Cons - If you tuck your legs under yourself the wheel locks can scrape you Achilles tendon when you go to get up.Also the back of the chair is week mine leans back permanently.

Chair was easy to assemble

Bought this for my wife who works from home and needed a replacement. Nice chair... well made because you assemble it yourself so you can make sure everything is nice and tight. Only issue I saw was if you are on the shorter side your feet may not reach the floor. A little on the pricey side but it is well made and the casters are top notch.

I ordered the chair because I needed something to replace my old chair and to support my bad back. I was kind of amazed of the weight of the box that the chair came in, it was very heavy. Assembly took a little while and putting the arms took some adjustments. Now the chair is very comfortable and does support my back. I also do not feel like I am leaning forward in the chair. I sit back in the chair. It does have an ergo adjustment which I will never use because my back can't take that kind of pressure on it. Now the reason why I gave it only four star rather than five stars. I am 5ft 7in. When I sit in the chair my feet are off the ground by about an inch. My toes have to touch the ground to move around. Also the arms of the chair do not sit under the desk they sit on top of the desk. The chair is big. So if you do not want a big chair, this chair is not for you.
