Terrible
These arrived without any packaging whatsoever!! I don’t even know if I’ve been sent the correct items and genuine items. I don’t know if they’re a complete reel or not. When I contacted the company, they just weren’t bothered, and they don’t accept returns, which just says it all really!!! It’s hard enough caring for Mum with dementia, without being ripped off when buying essential supplies like this!!! Not happy at all 🤨 Terrible customer service
