Delivery was prompt, works perfectly as advertised, no nonsense. 5/5. It's so easy to use and durability wise it's not lacking either, you get an amazing item and value for money, would 100 percent recommend to those who are into fitness and the gym, a great way to train comfortably and see gains fast.

Good quality. Don't pinch. Clip mechanism is really good. Numbers on the strap helpful so you know how far to pull. Good for women too as you can pull them in quite small.

Pointless honestly

I recently started using the Ceciliec blood flow restriction bands for my workouts, and I’m pretty impressed! These occlusion bands work really well. They are elastic and have easy release clamps. The material is also very good quality and is durable. For what it’s worth, knowledge of using occlusion bands is advised. One should know how to use these and how tight to make them, since over restraint can be damaging. Please do your own research before using.

Le fasce sono tutte della stessa lunghezza. Non c’è differenza tra gambe e braccia. Non so se è stato un errore nel confezionamento oppure semplice superficialità nel distinguere due arti di ovvie dimensioni DIVERSE. Accettabili ma mi sarei aspettato più attenzione.
