Yes you can . Blueberries are acid loving plants . They need to be planted in ericaceous compost as well .

Can I use this on hydrangeas?

Yes,it will help a hydrangea turn blue or improve a blue variety. Do not use on pink that you want to keep blue

It is oK to use on cherry blossom tree, would also advise a slow release granular fertliser for spring and autumn to keep tree healthy. Recommend rose fertiliser or fish, blood and bone.
