Worst response from app side and customer service
Soundbar Not Charging – Worst Customer Support and No Response I purchased this soundbar recently, but it stopped charging after some time. I raised complaints many times to customer support, but there has been no proper response or solution provided. This is very frustrating because the product is unusable now, and the support team is not taking responsibility. Customers should not have to chase support repeatedly for a basic issue. Very disappointed with this experience. I do not recommend this product or service to anyone. Rating: ☆☆☆☆☆ (0/5)

Amazon basics sb25r 25w soundbar
After connecting it to the mobile, its sound was fine and the base was also fine but after connecting it to the TV, its sound was very low and even after setting the volume to 100, the sound was very low.

This is speaker by amazon basics is highly recommend to buy. The battery life is great you can get long hours of play on single charge. The lighting feature is also cool. The sound quality is great and it has great performance with music with bass. The Bluetooth connectivity provided enables wireless connectivity over good range.
