Full Spectrum Duanwood Reishi Mushroom (Dual Extraction) Extract Powder - Wild Cultivated (90g)

I started learning about Chinese medicine and started taking this reishi mushroom powder. I noticed subtle differences like being more calm and my hormones chilled... but I more noticed the difference in my pms when I stopped taking it everything came back mood swings depression ect. Then I would take it again and within a month all my symptoms gone again. I tried a different reishi mushroom that was cheaper and it was utter crap. This one is great quality disolves in warm water completely unlike other cheaper ones. It tastes slightly sweet. I won't stop taking it again...it definitely does work well with me. Its subtle so don't expect the world it just helps in life with stressful times and woman stuff probably loads of other things but that's what I need it for.

I really like reishi. I notice a big difference in my ability to stay calm and grounded when taking it (when I'm taking a reishi that's good quality). As soon as I received this particular reishi, I knew I liked it. The smell when I opened it was very nice. It reminded me of the brand of reishi I'd used prior (and liked), and so I knew it would be good. I use about a teaspoon of this a day (although even using less will be enough!) :) I've liked it so much, I ordered the larger size, because I like the price too. Really pleased :)

Seems to be good quality. Tastes bitter like Reishi should but with a marmite taste to it - which I've not tasted from other brands. Will add more observations after another week of use.

This product was recommended to us as a treatment for mother with several other products. The packaging and contents are as expected.

I have definitely experienced better sleep since starting using this Reishi powder. The taste is okay, I use a little Manuka honey to sweeten. Perfect end to the day. Excellent product and quality.

Das Produkt enthält laut Etikett "high potency dual extract powder" von reishi, wild harvest. Ich habe zunächst Reishi Kapseln den Vorzug gegeben, jetzt aber meine Packung dieses Produkts aufgebraucht. Ich rühre mir eine Kaffeelöffelspitze Pulver in den Tee. Den Geschmack empfinde ich ein wenig ähnlich wie Kaffeepulver, und zwar ein für mich durchaus angenehmes bitter. Der Geschmack ist dabei für mich ein gewisses Indiz für die Qualität und für die Verträglichkeit, das bei Kapseln manchmal etwas zu kurz kommt (es sei denn, man macht es wie ich, öffnet gelegentlich eine Kapsel und probiert, wie das betreffende NEM eigentlich schmeckt). Sehr wichtig ist mir, dass das Produkt ein Extrakt ist und nicht etwa fein gemahlener Pilz. Gerade bei Pilzen, die offenbar reich an Chitin sind, weil ich die Einnahme des gemahlenen Chitinpanzers nicht für besonders bekömmlich halte. Das Produkt erfüllt offenbar diese Erwartung. Sehr wichtig ist mir auch, dass das Extrakt Dualextrakt ist, weil ein Teil der Inhaltsstoffe nicht wasserlöslich ist. Das Produkt ist offenbar Dualextrakt. "Wild harvest" oder alternativ Bioanbau ist auch ein wichtiges Plus. Nicht auf den Grund gegangen bin ich allerdings etwaigen Zertifikaten, ob alle Angaben auf der Packung tatsächlich sicher belegt sind. Ich muss allerdings zugeben, dass ich auch nicht nach Zertifikaten frage, wenn ich mir zB eine Packung Löskaffee oder eine Packung tiefgekühlte Wildheidelbeeren kaufe, ich orientiere mich in diesen Fällen und so auch hier unter anderem am Geschmack und an meinem subjektiven Eindruck von dem Produkt. Ich hoffe, es wird über Amazon wieder erhältlich sein (UK-Import).

Ich muss zugeben dieses Produkt ist einfach spitze. Nehme es regelmäßig ein und fühle mich sehr gut.

I like the products of this brand usually, but for some reason the resihi powder really makes me feel sick. Unfortunately I have no use for it now.
