It's head and shoulders, boring but a good shampoo. That said if you need to be boring with shampoo it's nice that they give the option for apple. Shower in an apple field and break out your best dress-workboots and Carhartts without stains...treat yourself, you deserve it.

Always use head shoulders, no problem.
