Customer service was great and helped me out!I love that you can recharge it and it’s nice and easy to use.Only issue I was having is the battery starting to smell but I think it might be from newer batteries. Hopefully this doesn’t last.Other than that it’s great!

The only small problem I noticed is that the cap for the nose hair trimmer is a little loose, but it still works fine. Overall, it’s a great product and I’m happy with it!
