This charging stand is perfect for my needs. Not only does it keep my reader charged up, but it provides a dedicated, consistent place for my paperwhite. How convenient to just drop my kindle onto the stand when I'm not using it. When it's time to get back to that book, there's no more searching for where I put it and it's charged and ready to go.

As someone with an emotional support kindle, this charge has been amazing! Set it on there at bedtime (ha! Jk! I read ALL NIGHT!) And its charged and ready to go when I get up! This is an attractive charging dock that allows me to charge while reading. I also use it to charge my phone. That was an unexpected bonus.Mostly, that's a good thing. The downside is that it charges slowly. If you really need your phone charged quickly, as in the ordinary way, you're going to need to plug it in.In the case of my Kindle, which is the 2024 version of the Paperwhite, I can tolerate a slower charge thanks to how ridiculously long the Paperwhite holds a charge. I can get three percent charged now, 3% tomorrow, maybe leave it there overnight, and it all adds up.Anthony Trendl

This stand is nicer than I had thought it would be. It has a nice textured surface that holds the Kindle in place while charging. I also use it to hold my cell phone on my desk while I am working. Good quality and worth the price.

This charger was purchased in the Kindle Signature Edition Bundle. This is a nice charging stand for the Kindle. The bottom part where the Kindle rests is rubberized to provide a good hold on the Kindle. The back part is fabric lined so it will protect your Kindle if you choose not to use a case. It is a wireless charger so all you have to do is place the Kindle on the stand to charge it. It has no trouble charging my new Kindle with the case on it and it charged whether or not the case cover was open or closed. When you place the Kindle on the charger, a white led lights up to indicate it is charging. If I have one complaint, it is that the white led does not turn off after the Kindle is fully charged. It would be nice if it would blink while charging and glow solid when fully charged. Without this feature, I have to open the cover to check the charging status. Not a big deal, but would be nice to have that feature. The stand is not heavy, but it weighs enough to not slide around when placing your Kindle in it. I have no fear of it moving or tipping over. Overall, it's a good charger with only the led light being a minor gripe for me.

I love this way more than a cord to plug in. It is not exactly wireless, you have to keep it plugged in but it is way easier to just set your kindle on this than to try to plug the charging cord into your kindle in low light. Not so great for travelling but great for bedside or chair side charging.
