Unisex Metcon 6 Football Boots

I ordered the Nike Metcon 6 Free about a week ago, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised with the performance right from the start. The shoes are extremely comfortable, offering a secure yet flexible fit that adapts well during both lifting and conditioning workouts. What stood out the most is how easy they were to break in—practically no adjustment period was needed. Within the first couple of sessions, they already felt like a natural extension of my training routine. The breathability is another strong point; the mesh upper keeps my feet cool even during long, high-intensity workouts. The stability in the heel gives confidence under heavier lifts, while the forefoot remains flexible enough for sprints, jumps, and dynamic movements. It’s a rare balance of support and comfort that makes the Metcon 6 Free versatile for both strength and functional training. Overall, this shoe delivers on all fronts: comfort, stability, and ease of use. If you want a training shoe that won’t slow you down with a long break-in period, the Metcon 6 Free is a solid choice.

These shoes are nice. If I was a female I would for sure wear these. Something of an in between a 5.0 and the new air max shoe.

This version of the Free Metcon (Version 6) is by far the best all-purpose workout shoe that I've ever used. I really put my workout sneakers through the ringer; using them 7-days a week for weight training and cardio (3.5 miles/day of incline treadmill). Aside from comfort, being lightweight, and accommodating wider feet (unlike version 5 of the same sneaker), what really stands out about these is their versatility. I've never had a workout sneaker (metcon, running sneaker, powerlifting shoe) that has provided ample stability to perform barbell squats while also being comfortable, flexible, and lightweight enough to do an hour of cardio in. I wish that they lasted me slightly longer than 5 months, but considering what I put them through, these are great value for the money. I've purchased 5 total pairs of these and would recommend to anyone for almost any application.

It came in a really plain, cheap looking box. I was worried I had been had! Nope- just a cheap box. The shoes are light weight and very comfortable right away. I'm happy.

These Metcon 6s are great for lifting, HIIT, and anything in between. They’re stable, breathable, and feel super lightweight on the feet. The grip is solid, and they give just enough flexibility for dynamic movements without sacrificing support. That said, they do run a little wider than I expected, especially in the toe box. Not a dealbreaker, but something to keep in mind if you have narrow feet. Also, the pair I got had some orange coloring on them when I received them. Maybe from the box I’m not too sure. I still obviously wear them because they’re just gym shoes for me. Overall, still a great pair, just with a couple small surprises.

Very Comfortable

I bought these as workout shoes. At first it felt a little weird to have the bounce in my step but I got use to it within the first week. I use then for strength training followed by the stairmaster. I will also wear them for a day of mobility followed by treadmill. They live in my workout bag so I put them on at the gym and take them off before I leave. I wish I had gotten a color other than white because they pick up every bit of dirt.
