These work sooo much better than the patches from the fabric store
I needed a purple patch for one of my favorite T-Shirts. I was skeptical to buy any patch set, as the ones I had purchased from the fabric store, in the past, didn't adhere very well, and would start to peel up after a few washings. However, this brand was well rated and had the color assortment I wanted. Wow...I am so glad I tried these! I fixed my T-shirt in 2 places and my BF's cotton blend work shirt, and the patches went on easy and are staying adhered well.

FABULOUS! ...As long as you know a few things first!
I have a set of SUPER SOFT comfy jammies I wear around the house on weekends, but I have loved them to death. They were starting to get the "not the good kind of holy". These iron on patches work GREAT! <--AS LONG AS you know a few things. First, if you are ironing them onto a material that does not have any stretch (jeans, snow pants, coats, etc.) you can probably get away with just ironing them on. The instructions say 15 seconds with an iron with a piece of cloth between the iron and the patch/fabric. I found I had to set my iron to #4 for cotton and hold the iron on top of it (no fabric between) for about 30 seconds. BUT if you are putting these on a fabric with any stretch (cotton, any spandex in it) - like I was. you probably should go around the edge with a needle and thread. It's a lot like those 3M stickems for walls that come with the hooks - you stretch the stickem and it releases from the wall. Same with these patches -they are sturdy and your fabric is stretchy - of course it's gonna release at some point! Now before you decide NO WAY - I don't sew - listen up! I would call myself sewing adjacent - meaning, I know a lot of people who sew, but the most sewing I do is replacing a button once a year. The cloud on my pants took me 15 minutes, from the start of cutting out the shapes, to completing sewing. If you have a needle and thread, the only thing you have to remember is put a knot in your thread and start from the inside of your clothing. Then go in and out around the shape. Push the needle back through - inside your clothing at the end, and knot the two ends together. It really is easy peasy! If you've sewn a button before - you have totally GOT THIS! And look - my stitches aren't neat in the slightest and it still turned out SUPER CUTE! AND... I don't have to throw my beloved jammies out. Less than $10, and 15 minutes of work - and I'm happy again! =)

Great Patches! Use these for clothing repair, decoration, or arts and crafts! So many ideas!
Great color selection of patches and patches are made of fabric that blends nicely with cotton.once it was ironed on it looked like it was always part of the clothing item. When I was a kid, my mom used to sew patches are probably iron on denim patches onto my jeans when I wore holes in the knees. She never cut them into any kind of shapes. They were just the round and rectangular pattern that came in the package. Those patches were obvious and never very cute. I got a hand me down surgical suit for my dog after she got spayed and it had holes in it but it was so cute I thought well she could probably wear it and I could sew it. And my friend said, maybe I could put a patch over the top of it to make it more sturdy. I started searching for these patches, and ordered them. With all the cute color choices it was easy to find matching colors and then I thought well I could use complementary colors and cut out heart shapes, so thatโs what I did. It was easy to cut out the shapes, and so easy to peel off the backing from the adhesive. I could move the patches around until I found the perfect position and color combination before ironing. Once it was ironed, it just looked great! like it was always meant to be there. I think Iโm going to try to cut out holiday type designs and put them on plain T-shirts for Halloween, Valentineโs Day and Christmas. I really like these patches and I think they will wash well. Most importantly, my dog, Tabby, looked great at her vet appointment and I was able to cover up my sewing stitches and save a cute outfit.

Not Good for Polyester.
Quite nice, lots of color to choose from. Good size for most patching needs. Bummer is these do not work for Polyester. They sort of stick but I sewed around the edge to hold it in place. It was coming off after following the directions.

Great adhesion & easy to iron on
These work great, iron on easy & stay in place. I would recommend people put a small piece of iron on patch under the clothing you would be putting patch on. Helps the patches to stay in place, despite wash after wash. The fabric is sturdy & holds well, comes in a great variety of colors & is easy to iron on. I highly recommend.

Doesn't work on canvas backpacks
Does not work on canvas backpacks. Did not melt at all with a hot iron, tried for longer than recommended time. It's more likely to reverse adhere to the cotton protective cover than the backpack you're trying to patch. Had better luck with duct tape in the end.

Great investment
These are great - I have used them to cover the wire that comes out of bras, and as a patch. Easy to use, does not come off in the wash.

Use extreme caution
Some colors melted when ironed. Not what expected.

Not adhesive
Useless patches. Was expecting them to be adhesive without the need of sewing them with a needle & thread. Threw them away!
