Fascinating, and simple to operate
Surprising and impressive! this might just be me and how I'm fascinated by certain gadgets and the amazing human body, bt I was blown away at being able to look inside my own ear!! It arrived already charged, with a new blue replaceable rubber ear tip attached and a small vial of 6 spare covers. So I learned this device is called and otoscope, the lens is IP67 waterproof (Though that doesn't mean to immerse it fully in water! Don't do that!), and it has 6 LED lights which illuminate the area you are looking at. The instructions contain a QR code, which takes you to an APP, which you download to your iPhone, iPad, or android device. Enable wifi on your device to connect to the YH Otoscope and you are away! It's that simple! I'm not tech savvy, but figured it out without needing to call on my sons fo help! The Otoscope comes with some fine metal instruments designed to carefully remove any earwax build up. I would say that knowing how sensitive the ear drum is, that extreme caution should be used using the instruments (and the Otoscope) I know how very painful a burst ear drum can be, so make sure you use them with great careful and confidence. As soon as you have enable wifi, the picture appears. It is very clear, magnified and you can even take a photograph! I can't peak to the battery life, although it is described as capable of running for 40mins each charge and standby for 30 days. It works really well, and as long as you take great care, you can potentially use it to check your, nose, throat, teeth and pets! Clean with alcohol wipes!Priced at £14.59 it is good value. I imagine it could have other interesting uses, unrelated to bodies too!

Good
Good product, easy to use, doesn’t hold charge very well and charging cable now broke. Just bought a cheap charger cable so I am able to still use.

Amazing Clarity and Easy to Use – A Must-Have Tool!
I was honestly surprised by how clear the image quality is with this otoscope. The 1296P HD camera, paired with the 6 LED lights, gives you a crisp, well-lit view inside the ear—way better than I expected for a home-use device. It made ear cleaning quick, easy, and safe.Setup was super simple with the app, and it connected to my iPhone without a hitch. I really appreciate the rechargeable battery—it holds a charge well, and I haven’t had to recharge it often. The extra silicone tips and traditional cleaning tools included are a great bonus, giving you a full range of options depending on your needs. The fact that it’s also usable for checking your nose, throat, or even your pet’s ears makes it incredibly versatile. If you care about hygiene and want a reliable at-home ear care tool, this is it. Highly recommended

Good pictures but a confusing set up and needs internet access to work
This is a neat small device suitable for poking into a variety of narrow orifices. I have attached a photograph from my ear. I decided not to share the inside of my nostril. It's not so pretty. The tip of the narrow probe should be covered with one of the provided silicone sheaths. About 14mm behind that is the actual camera surrounded by 6 LEDs. The imagery is clear if somewhat confusing. If ear wax is present a collection of spatulas and spoons are provided for digging it out - although flushing may be a simpler and safer technique.Despite it working well I have only given GuangToul's ear camera three stars. I have deducted one star for the set up procedure. The procedure described in the instruction sheet did not work, but this may have been my Galaxy phone. The app, the YW Tool, reached by using the QR code, would not initially connect to the ear camera's wifi hot spot. My second star is removed because the app insists on an internet connection before it will work. This meant my phone must have mobile data. The real question is why? There is no need for GuangTool to have access to my phone and certainly not to pictures of my ear canal.A last, negative, observation. The silicone sheath I referred to, the first I used, and that for not very long, is already torn. I have a further six left, stored in a small phial. I am not sure where to get more.

Easy to use, good camera quality too
've used a few of these tools, and this one is very impressive and easy to use. The tool itself is thin, lightweight and intuitive to use with a large on/off button on the side. The tool comes with a USB charging cable, but no plug end and a plastic tube of 8 different heads o help wax removal - 4 with a "scoop" style, 4 with a rounded end style. I personally found the scoop to be the more useful. The tool itself has a bright light and camera on the end which does and excellent job of lighting up / recording the ear and magnifying the image allowing for effective wax removal. A word of caution however in that the removal ends need to be clipped on to the end of the tool and THEN TWISTED TO LOCK on to the tool, otherwise it will detach in the ear which could cause some issues. The tool required an app download which was easy to do by using the QR code on the instruction booklet but as is common with these devices, the app required Wi-Fi pairing with the tool as opposed to Bluetooth. As such you will need to switch the tool on, disconnect the phone from any current wi-fi connections, and search for the tool. Once paired / connected, open the app and hit the play button for the live feed and away you go.Obviously there should be some caution used to not go too deep in to the ear to cause damage and the tool does require some practice / fiddling in order to find the most effective method to remove the wax, however once you're familiar with it, it does a great job. I managed to remove a big ball of wax from each ear that I did not even know was there and would have continued to build up (resulting in a trip to the Doctor for ear irrigation). My ears are now very clear, and despite some mild discomfort post use(which I read on the NHS website is normal after removing wax) are totally fine.Overall, a great tool but use it carefully, remember to lock the heads on to the end by twisting it on, and remember to connect to the app via wifi.
