I've had a Vitamin D deficiency for years, and have taken other D3 supplements, try to get sun every day, but my levels still wouldn't get high enough to get out of the low zone. After doing some research, I realized that just taking the D3 alone doesn't do it ... you have to take it with foods/vitamins that will help it to be absorbed and utilized better. I now take one capsule of this every morning with my morning smoothie which has half an avocado in it (for the good fat), and that, coupled with the other vitamins in this product, have done the trick. My Vitamin D level on a previous blood draw last year was down to only 19, and that was with supplementing another brand of just Vitamin D3, no other vitamins. My doctor and I were both pleasantly surprised to see that after taking this product the way I described, my Vitamin D level was over 60! Nothing else changed in my diet so I'm sold, and will continue to take this product.

Very good product. Really helps reduce joint inflammation. Easy to swallow, however, has a bit of powdery residue on the capsules.

The doctor said, according to the bloodwork I needed to stop taking it for about six months because it had built up in my system. Well, that is great because it was so low at first. I always try to look for supplements that are as clean as possible. This is what I chose and I am so happy with the results. It didn’t take years. It only took a few months. I am very pleased with the results. If I need to start taking these again. These are exactly the ones I’m going back to. I’m not a doctor, but I did talk to one and he was happy with the thoughts as well.
