I had been using Metamucil regularly with minimal results. I saw an ad for this and gave it a try. Let me just say, I am a fan! The first few days I didn’t see a difference but I have been consistently using it for a week now and the difference is noticeable! I’m less bloated, and my bowel movements are much more productive. I used to go once a day, but since starting this I’m going twice usually and am surprised how much I’m getting out (sorry if it’s tmi). I take once in the morning and before bed.

Edit: after using it for a few months, I can confirm it works as long as you’re taking it! I take it daily and it does produce. If you take it every other day or infrequently you will not see the same results.After using a previous product for years and having it go south, I am trying Pinch. My immediate reaction is that it does work, I just haven't found consistency in it. Part of that's on me for missing a dose here and there so I am giving it another month. I bought the Lemon Ginger and the taste is really nice. But like other fiber supplements you may not be able to mix/dissolve it with just a spoon so I'd recommend a small personal blender if taken alone. I have taken it alone and part of my protein shake which is now my desirable use as it makes my plain vanilla shake taste almost like an orange dreamscile so it's a perfect desert. I find the price point reasonable, digestion very good and little to no smell. Over all I would recommend it for you to try, as I mentioned I am still feeling it out but I am hopeful month #2 is a bit more consistent both on me for usage and on the product for...well production!

I had previously tried Colon Broom. Pinch is cheaper, less gritty, taste better, and works better! Ghost poops are real. I've seen them.

Saw an advertisement for this and decided to give it a try. Honestly, the only good thing about it was maybe taste. It did not mix well and had clumps no matter how I prepared. In terms of health benefits, I genuinely got none. This made me very constipated, and very bloated, and have me a lot of discomfort especially at night. I got better results from Meta mucil which they claim to be better than. If this helps anyone that's great but personally I wish I had requested a refund sooner.

An A+ (plus) for verity of useful ingredients. An F- (minus) on the taste. But, this is just one person’s opinion. Mixed reciews from friends. Literally like it or hate it. Fiber drinks are going to be kind of thick. That’s a given. It’s got a taste in it that I just couldn’t get passed, even if I held my nose to drink it down. After two hard won gulps, I dump from my mouth and the drink, down the sink and went back to the cheaper brand I found on line. There are another brand out there, and the one I ordered first because it was cheaper, is 4 grams instead of 5 grams of fiber. For one gram, I am going with what I can actually make myself drink or increase my intake of protein from natural sources.
