Q: Those that have purchased this on amazon. who delivered it? ups or amazon?

UPS delivered my first one with damage so bad it was unbelievable. Amazon delivered the replacement absolutely perfect in every way.

Q: Is presure adjustable?

It is not adjustable…you can just buy a higher or lower PSI pressure washer, just depending on what you are looking for.

Q: How come there are no reviews or anything on this machine? Also does it have a tank for soap?

It barely has reviews because it is a newer model that is specifically made for Amazon with the Simpson/Kohler name on it. Also it does not have a soap tank but instead has a downstream soap injector, the soap siphon tube is included in the box all you have to do is stick it directly in the cleaning solution bottle of your choice and and then attach the black soap nozzle on the wand and it will automatically siphon the solution out of the container but only when the Black soap nozzle is attached to your wand.
