Super bright colors and didn't stain
We used this for "portion" making night for halloween and these little cookies pack a punch. It was great mixed with some baking soda in a little potion looking bottle and then mixed with Vinnie it made some awesome eruptions

Good colors
A little goes a long way! Comes with a cute little scoop! I used the red and the blue so far and I worked great!

Good!
Very bright colors, easy to dissolve, no clumps, color holds well. Stains hands, but goes away in a day. I used to paint eggs, came out very saturated. Recommend

Very Strong Colors! Learning Curve Needed!
I have never used food coloring powder until now. I'd always used the little droppers if I needed to add color to something. I was making my famous Christmas cookies and when frosting them I decided to use this food coloring powder to see what it's about. I opened the box of four colors and saw blue, yellow, red, and black along with a little plastic spoon about the size of a spice spoon. I wanted to make green, so I added what I thought was a little blue only for it to be this dark blue. Whoops. I added a tiny amount of yellow because I could see that the powder is extremely potent colorwise. I am glad I mixed that in little by little because I started with this horrible dark green that made my cookies look like they came out of a nightmare. I did frost a couple with the dark green just to see how it would look with the sprinkles and stuff, but they ended up going to the kids. I really should have experimented in another medium other than my cream cheese frosting so that way I would know, but in reality I didn't put much more than the tip of the spoon coated in blue. So be warned, it is potent but it does have a lovely vibrant color.
