The high arch support part is very full, providing just the right amount of support, which is very friendly to people like me who tend to have flat feet. The downsides are sometime the arch inserts want to pop out, and they tend to move around in your shoe.When they are positioned in the sweet spot, they're great. Getting them there might be annoying.Still, 4 of 5 is still high and I still recommend them, just supplying FYI.
