I just turned 40, and over the last 6 months I’ve been blessed with my teenage self’s complexion, complete with deep, painful acne along my jawline. I’ve tried topical creams and gels, as well as other well-rated brands of patches—and nothing has worked as well as these.These don’t budge overnight (see my tip below), they help with swelling and pain, and they actually flatten stubborn blemishes after one or two uses. The price point is great too, because I’ve tried others that are more expensive yet less effective. They definitely aren’t invisible if you’re fair skinned, so be mindful if you’re looking for something subtle to wear during the day—but that’s not a dealbreaker for me since they work so well.A tip for use, they stick fairly well, but I do put them on after my skincare routine, which includes a pretty rich moisturizer since I live in a dry climate. I find that using an alcohol swab around the blemish first, then letting it dry, and then putting the patch on helps it stick for longer. And whatever treatment is on the patch keeps my skin from drying out from the alcohol swab.

My nodular acne is DEFEATED!!! Two consecutive nights of this patch on my freshly cleansed and dried face will KNOCK OUT my super deep acne with absolute minimal scarring, even when my blemishes don’t yet have a visible “head.” I’m not crying….yes I am. This is a life 1-upper and I wish I had these in high school instead of just now discovering them as a 30 year old adult. I was a little scared at first of the pokiness, but it doesn’t hurt at all and these bad boys stick SO firmly!! No pain peeling them off, so very easy to use and fantastic value for the price. They work so well, the only thing I wish is that they had bigger packs of them (like give me a 100 pack, I will buy it, I swear).

I wish I would have taken photos. I had a huge red cystic spot with no head. I placed this on it overnight. When I got up this morning it had pulled all the pus to the skin surface. Dramatic head. When I washed my face it burst. I have another one on to finish the job. On previous ones it has pulled the pus into the patch. I think this one just was not on long enough to finish the job. Not to mention it was the biggest one I have ever put one on so I am more than pleased.

I was very happy with the results. I could not find anything wrong, other than they are a little difficult to peel off. I would recommend this product. I have purchased 3 times already.S.Dever

I really wanted to like this because it's more cost efficient per patch than the brand I usually purchase but I don't feel like it's drawing out as much gunk on my face as the other brand and it leaves a very sticky residue on my face after removing. A couple of things I did like about it though is that it peels off the plastic part much easier than the other brand I usually use, making application much easier. And it also stays on my face well, without falling off my face. But if it's barely drawing out the moisture on my face even when I clearly have sebaceous filaments, then it's not really worth buying it at all.

Awesome product. I have super sensitive skin these patches did not irritate my skin at all. They stick very well. They actually worked better the other brands I have tried.

Significantly reduces pimple size and redness overnight. You can really feel the micro needles working into the pores. Also works great for preventing pimples that are just coming to surface. Sticks well to the skin. Great value, works just good if not better than more expensive brands.

I’ve bought these before and they used to work well, but the last two orders were completely different. The patches arrived yellow, dried out, and totally ineffective. Instead of helping, they make it look like you have scabs or wounds on your face. Very disappointing and a complete waste of money.
