Recapit Maximum Strength No Mix Cap & Crown Cement

I followed the directions to the T, even letting it dry longer than what was required before I did anything around the tooth. I then cleaned any excess product around the tooth with floss. It seemed all was going well and then I took a bite of something and, bam, the crown was off again. Very disappointed.

This product is difficult to find. I was pleased to find it on Amazon. It is not all that easy to use but does work to recement a cap until getting to the dentist. It is better than some other products I have tried in the past.

Recapit has gave me the product I needed to avoid another expensive dental appointment. I cannot comment on the long term use of Recapit because I just started using it. I will be happy to comment at a later date when I know more about the longevity of the product.

Fixadent, Polygrip are good too-

4 weeks and still going , so far I have no problem with this item , I thing any one needs caps repair will be happy for this price.

I followed this product's instructions to the letter.I wasn't having any pain--until this stuff came in contact with my tooth. Suddenly, I was in pain, and it was building. Thank goodness I was able to pull it off before it adhered. I cleaned it off my tooth and out of the crown immediately and then tested to see if I could put the crown on again (without the cement and without pain.) I could.Since there's no pain now, I can only conclude that there's something in this product that caused my pain. There should be a warning label on this product to that effect!I saw another review that said the same thing about this product (it was on the multi-use pack rather than on this single-use pack), so it's not just me. It seems that some people can use this successfully, but others cannot. If you try it, make sure you have a toothpick and a toothbrush around so that you can clean the cement off of your tooth and crown without delay if you have to. The stuff starts to set very, very quickly.

Followed the instructors and it worked so well, I've forgotten about it for weeks! I still haven't gone to the dentist for a shload of procrastorbatory reasons. At first, I was afraid to chew on the cemented side, but now I'm fearless. I brush and floss as normal and my cap has never come undone unless I tug it out.
