Since these dolls do not come with pacifiers that actually stay in their mouth, I saw this set and purchased it and really happy I did as the pacifier has a long tip that helps the pacifier to stay in the dolls mouth! Bear is super soft, semi jointed. The clip attached to pacifier is a little stiff but it works great, stays on clothing without damaging clothing. The rattle actually makes a tiny rattling noise when shook, resembling that of a real babys rattle. Super adorable. I'm very happy with this set and will buy more. Highly recommend for 7" silicone dolls. Be aware, very small parts! Not recommended for children under 4!!
