🍊 Oranges are the only fruit 🍊
This orange extract smells wonderful and imparts a delicious flavour. I've used it in baking an orange cheesecake and also a sugar-free Dundee cake, both of which were lovely. The extract is in a carrier oil rather than alcohol, which means that those who are allergic to alcohol (yes, I do know people who are!) won't have a problem with it and you won't get the volatile components evaporating. It's packed in a darkened glass bottle, which gives good protection from photodegradation and you won't get a plastic taint as you might from a plastic bottle.

Oily with some orange flavour
A poor product. It has vegetable oil added. It is oily and has a little orange flavour.

Not very strong at all
1 year still in date, no orange aroma at all now, very strong vegetable oil smell. Am disappointed.
