This energy capsule is easy to use. You can easily take it with water. It's easy to swallow. The effect lasts about half an hour. I recommend drinking plenty of water. However, interestingly, it gave me a headache. It didn't last long, but I hadn't had this problem with other pills I've used before. There are 10 capsules, which I can say is normal for the price. The only negative effect for me was the slight headache, as I mentioned.

It isn't hard to see this working! It takes 20-30 minutes on an empty stomach to see the action - and it lasted me a good 4-5 hours. They comesin large blue gelatin capsules - but with a big gulp of water they are easy to swallow as the coating is smooth and shiny and they are tasteless. The effect is too strong to be placebo - so this seems to have the special ingredient that makes it work. The presentation is good - the capsules are plastic sealed in a strip like ibuprofen does and come inside a crush-resistant box. I found these to be moderately beneficial. I made sure to take them with plenty of water and they seemed to work well for me. No issues taking them and they were easy to use. Everyone reacts differently, but for me they were effective. Overall, happy with these supplement tablets. I did take half tablet as well on some occasions and this provided mild benefits.

When using this on top of the normal, natural effect, you can say that they do work. I would take issue with 'extra strong' because this isn't like the other blue pill. But they're easy to swallow and work in about 30 minutes..lasting for about 90 minutes.
