the fact these are $40 is unbelievable… if these were $10 then I guess it’s okay but they are literally getting these hats made in china and from the cheapest manufacturer possible… quality is 0/10 and apart from that they just put these hats into a cardboard box when shipping so expect a crushed hat, SA Company is a scam they are literally just a drop shipper for China

Seems to be good quality, however it came in all bent up and even trying to shape it back isn’t working

Not sure if it was the way it was packed but the hat came smashed and deformed.

Hat came smashed up when it arrived. After trying to shape it back, which isn't working, I noticed the hat was put together crooked. One side is about half an inch wider on the brim than the other. Don't waste your money on this junk of a hat.

The hat does look good, but why on earth they ship it in some flimsy plastic inside a basic amazon bag is beyond me. I saw other reviews of it arriving damaged, but gave it a shot anyway. Smashed on arrival. Would advise to look elsewhere for a hat.

Poor packaging and shipped using a standard plastic shipping bag. Straw material is weak and most likely would not hold cowboy hat shape even if delivered damage free. Would have returned regardless.

The plastic protective package and hat were both received crushed. Also the draw string holes do not line up across from each other so it is crooked when you wear it.

I’m sure this hat would be awesome if it arrived undamaged.
