Such great earphones
I've had a white pair for a year and came back to buy a black pair. I advise against the white because they do look a bit like hearing aids. I have elephant ears and still find these to be the most comfortable earphones I've ever worn. I've had multiple occasions where I'm searching for the earphone while it's on my ear because it's so comfortable I forgot I was wearing it. Sound quality is great given the type of earphone, I struggle to imagine how the more expensive ones would be better, due to the mechanics of how these work. Upsides: can hear surroundings well - good for talking to people while listening (e.g. at work), don't make your ears sore, can wear all day, no possibility of ear infections, no waxy earbuds that you can't share with other people, great battery life, can lie down on them, range is decent, connecting to two devices is very seamless. Downsides are all just downsides of open-ear earphones: not usable in windy conditions, will leak sound to people nearby if played loudly, can't be super bassy, can't have noise cancellation. But those are true of all earphones of this type, not a slight on this product at all.

Quality, affordable, workout equipment
Great for what they are. They don’t block ambient sound, which I actually appreciate as it lets me be somewhat aware of my surroundings. I’m no music geek, so as far as I’m concerned the audio is pretty high quality. The fact that they don’t sit fully in the ear canal was initially strange, but it has its advantages when it comes to workouts and avoiding some of the sweat collection in the ear. I would definitely recommend following the instructions regarding wiping down after use, etc. Decent battery life; customisable touch controls (which do the job as needed). What gives this a full five stars for me, on top of the above, is that I received excellent customer support and a satisfactory arrangement regarding a component that stopped working after a few months of use. Good job, team.

Good sound quality - hearing aid compatible
I got these to replace my normal ear buds, as I have just started using hearing aids and wanted something compatible. The sound quality is good - but not quite as good as earbuds. I use them for both music and TV. They are very comfortable to wear, when I am not listening to anything I often forget I have them in. They work adequately with hearing aids in, but the sound is not quite as good as when you remove the hearing aids and can seat earphones more fully in your ear. (Understandable as the hearing tube which goes into the ear will block some sound in any case). Usefully, the settings let you adjust the left/right balance, which was very useful for me as I have mildly impaired hearing in only one ear - adjusting the balance slightly made a remarkable improvement. I am happy with the purchase, pleasantly surprised by the sound quality, and appreciate being also able to hear what is going on around me while I am listening to music. The 'Tap' controls on the earphones for volume, prev, next etc work well once you get the hang of them - no moving parts - just tap on the earphone. The case is compact enough and also has a built-in battery so it recharges the earphones even if you are using it to carry them in your pocket, it is also large enough to hold my hearing aids when I take them out (which is probably about 50% of my listening time). I have not gone back to the earbuds since I got them. I use them several hours a day and have not gone below half-charge yet - so the built-in battery seems adequate. Very good value for the money. Easy to put on and take off.

Perfect running headphones
If, like me, you have odd shaped ears and need a pair of headphones for running that won't immediately fall out - and don't break the bank - look no further! I've persisted for years with in-ear headphones, including some fancy running ones from a well-known sportswear brand and some pricey ones from a top phone brand. I honestly think my ears must be a wonky shape because no matter what I do they never quite fit right, and when I'm running I have the annoyance of having to adjust one side or the other every minute or two. Eventually I got fed up and looked for something more secure, but I didn't want to spend a lot on a pair I'd only use a short time each week. Nor did I need the greatest sound quality. I settled on these V20i's and I'm so pleased I did. They felt a little weird to start with, mainly because I'm used to something being *inside* the ear canal, so psychology I felt like they had fallen out. However, it didn't take long to get past that and now, for the first time in years, I can run with no annoying adjustments whatsoever. None. Brilliant! Now, I'm writing this review from the perspective of someone who doesn't want or need the absolute best audio quality, or the most futuristic looking buds. I just need something that has decent sound quality, is well made, and most importantly stays put - and these tick all those boxes. I may also be slightly unusual in that I listen to audiobooks or podcasts when I run, so I've not put these through their paces with thumping bass. For what I need, the audio is excellent - clear, defined, and plenty loud enough. As these rest over the ear they do not isolate sound, meaning when I run I can fully hear my surroundings for safety. Again, this is perfect for my needs but something to keep in mind if you prefer full sound isolation. The sound can, at times, get slightly drowned out by particularly loud traffic nearby but not enough to bother me, and I've never had to turn them up fully to compensate. The Soundcore app is excellent and lets you configure the buttons on each side with ease. I've not had any accidental presses of these, and they give out a nice audible beep so you know when you've hit them. Connection has been strong and stable with my Samsung Galaxy. I'm so impressed with these, particularly given the price - an absolute bargain if they're on offer. Never before have a worn a pair of headphones that barely feel like they're there, don't cause any fatigue or soreness at all, and stay locked on when I'm running. Perfect.

Very comfortable with great touch controls and decent sound quality.
Very comfortable with great touch controls and decent sound quality. The comfort and control accessibility are what make these stand out. To be clear, there are easily better sound quality headphones on the market. But these are still definitely decent, and not bad by any stretch. Where these stand out is that they are incredibly light and comfotable, and are not in-ear so don't noise cancel your environment. Perfect for exercise and workouts, even highly vigourous and energeticelly mobile ones - there's no chance they'll fall out at all as the design goes over and down behind your ears, and the headphones themselves have 4 positions they can snap into to fit your ears personally. But they're also perfect for general usage too to be honest. The simple touch controls are highly customisable via the app to suit your preference and they work really well too. Finally I can do intensive boxercise whilst listening to Britney Spears as my inspiration without people assuming I'm gay.😂

Impressive
I don't normally do reviews but give credit when its due, so here goes....The Anker Soundcore V20i earbuds offer an affordable open-ear design that stands out for its comfort and secure fit—ideal for workouts and active use. They deliver impressive call clarity, supported by four built-in microphones. While the audio performance is solid for the price, with punchy bass and customizable EQ settings, it doesn't quite match the detail of higher-end models. The open-ear format, which lacks active noise cancellation and may allow sound to leak at higher volumes but not a great deal i feel. overall, I highly recommend that if you are looking for a budget priced headphones will not fall out of your ear whilst talking , running, etc, Deliver good sound, not to mention an earphone that will not cause comfort distress of worn for a long period of time, then these are what you need in your life.......then these are the earphones for you... I honestly believe if you're not critical, you will be highly surprised.... well done, Anker 🎧🔊☺️🫶🤗

Cheap but don’t sound it.
These were inexpensive and sound good. They’re open-ear so you shouldn’t expect skull-thumping bass (and I never would want that). These have nicely spaced sound, crisp clarity being their forte. I’ve only used them for a couple of hours or so but I have been very impressed. Can’t get my head around the supposed touch controls, but since I’m just using these for listening to music and podcasts and they’re controlled from my phone it’s not a bother. The charger case is small but nicely made from black plastic - it is rather easily marked, however. These fit my ears nicely and are comfortable for extended wear even with my glasses on. At £22 or any price really these are very satisfactory for use around the house or on a walk. The extra punch of bassier options might benefit in greater background noise. I can’t comment on the Soundcore app - it’s unlikely to be something I use, offering as it does various options based on the product connected. Overall, I’m very happy with these for a relatively negligible sum. The sound quality is the highlight, alongside the comfort.

The Ultimate "Awareness" Earbuds – Secure, Adjustable, and All-Day Comfy
As someone who finds traditional in-ear buds uncomfortable after an hour, the open-ear design of the V20i is a total game-changer. They don't sit inside the ear canal, which means zero ear fatigue. The biggest benefit for me has been situational awareness—I can listen to my music or podcasts while still hearing traffic or someone calling my name, making them much safer for outdoor running and office use. The standout feature is definitely the adjustable ear hooks. Most wrap-around headphones are 'one size fits all,' but these allow you to click the hooks into four different positions to find the perfect angle for your ear shape. I found the 3rd 'click' gave me a snug, bounce-free fit that stayed perfectly in place during a high-intensity cardio session. I was skeptical about the bass on an open-ear model, but the 16mm drivers and 'BassUp' technology really deliver. The sound is rich and clear. I highly recommend downloading the soundcore App—it allows you to customise the touch controls and choose from different EQ profiles. The 'Podcast' setting is particularly good for sharpening voices in noisy environments. The battery life is stellar. I’m getting nearly 8 hours from a single charge, and the case provides plenty of top-ups for a total of around 36 hours. The multipoint connection is also a huge plus; I can stay connected to my laptop for Zoom calls and my phone for notifications simultaneously without having to re-pair. If you hate the 'blocked-in' feeling of normal earbuds or need to stay aware of your environment, the soundcore V20i is the best budget-friendly option on the market. They are lightweight, highly adjustable, and offer the reliability Anker is known for.
