I concluded that my shoulders and neck hurt because I always sleep with my head and neck in an unstable position. After that, I tried not to do that, but it wasn't easy. I bought it just in case and have been using it for about a week. It's not easy to sleep with your face still fixed, but my shoulders have gotten a lot lighter. If there's anyone who suffers from the same symptoms as me, I recommend it.

Love this pillow - just what I wanted. Side sleep without smooshing your face (no wrinkling)or sleep well on your back. I prefer side sleeping (supposedly it’s better for you than back or stomach). Cradles your head comfortably. I only wish that there were other covers that you could buy for it. The removable cover is machine washable. The foam with the thin sewed on cover blot cleans well - not machine washable (I wouldn’t anyway). I did partially dry it in the dryer- short time and low heat - and then air dried.

Much smaller than I anticipated and awkward to use. I returned it.

I love this pillow. Have been using it for several months. Biggest annoyance is wishing I could buy extra covers for it. (Not available).

I have been trying to train my body to sleep in my back, therefore I tried several pillow for that. So far, this is the only one I found more helpful for me. It has a good size to manage, not too soft and not too hard, it is very comfortable and stay in place all night long.

I love it, I love the size (it is just enough for your face), I love the firmness. I just wish they would sell a replacement's cover.

Do not use this pillow if you have any kind of jaw pain. Also, I was shifting around all night trying to fit my face where it was supposed to go. It just wound up causing extreme neck pain. There is no pillowcase either, so you’re just putting your face against this rough polyester fabric which defeats the purpose doesn’t it? Returned.

I was looking for something for anti-aging and this pillow is perfect. It takes the pressure off the side of my face. I believe this will reduce wrinkles. The price point is also good. It comes vacuum packed. Once the pillow expanded it was perfect.
