A gift for my neighbor's son. I guess he likes it because he didn't complain.

I bought the Pixicade Standard Edition for my son and we watched a video where Alan Becker demonstrated the product. The product as easy to use and had almost everything you need to start (you'll need a pad or smart phone to download the app to create the animations). Also, as a note, make sure that you use the green marker to create your avatar. We initially made the game, and got an error mentioned that we need to use the green marker to create the avatar. Other than that, my son was able to jump in an quickly create animations. This is screen time that feeds your child's creativity. I highly recommend you getting the product as a birthday or Christmas present.

This really doesn't work with our tablets or my cell phone. It's very glitch and trying to scan the code included won't work. Very disappointed with this gift fir my grandkids.

I got this for my 8 year old son for Christmas and he is LOVING it! He gets to be creative and make games for his family, and for himself. It's easy for him to use, but still has a lot of options for him to be very creative with it. I think it was a good value for the price.

It’s cool but it’s a monthly subscription to upload your drawings. Defeats the whole purpose if it’s free to draw on the app but costs to upload smh

My 12 year old has been loving this. He got it for his birthday and played with it all day. His younger siblings age 9 and 6 love it too but they need help from their brother. The games they are coming up with are so cute, we love that you can edit your game once you upload it.

My son loves creating his own video games. This was the ultimate gift at Christmas. We actually bought two more as gifts for family. I will say that the colors don't always read well when uploading the images drawn to the app. That said, we work with it and the app allows you to have fun with downloaded items.

Esta idea es increíble, sin embargo la ejecución es bastante pobre. Emocionado pedí este producto para un pequeño entusiasta de dibujar y jugar videojuegos. Parecía que el producto reunía dos características muy emocionantes hasta que llegó. Los plumones llegaron secos. Si, no hablemos de más los plumines, lo.mas básico del producto y lo mas facil de hacer llegó secó. La cara del niño al ver qie no pintaban fue de frustración pura. Ok, en casa tenía unos plumones del mismo color, pero al empezar a crear los niveles con las interacciones resultaba que en muchos casos los personajes se atoraban con las plataformas. No eran personajes exageradamente anchos ni nada similar, solo pareciera que el app simplemente leía las áreas de colisión más allá de donde terminaba el arte del sprite. El usuario destino no lo volvió a usar. Se me pasó la fecha para regresarlo así que ahí lo tengo en un espacio donde están las buenas ideas con malas ejecuciones. Yo no lo recomiendo.

This is seriously the coolest gift for any kid who's into art and gaming! My nine-year-old had an absolute blast making his very own video game with this.
