Definitely needed to help with back pain and relax how you sit. Allow your back to be completely straight yet still relaxed. I’m 29 weeks with twins and it is a relief on my bladder.Was a bit confused on how to pump air in the ball at first, but after figuring it out, it was super easy. Didn’t take to long to inflate and allows to get it as bag as you need it.Find some good, safe stretches and enjoy.
