Early literacy
Years ago, we bought foam bathtub letters for our (now 21-year-old) baby. We talked about the letters and the sounds they make. He played with them in the tub as he got older, loved them so much, he asked every night while we rocked before bedtime to "talk about the letters." He learned the different sound each letter makes, about dipthongs and consonant digraphs they make with their friends, etc. I believe the foam bathtub letters, along with reading to him daily, of course, helped develop his interest in literacy and played a role in his being able to read by himself at the age of 3. Our daughter and son-in-law recently had a baby boy, so of course I ordered these foam bathtub letters for him when I visited. They are the perfect size for a baby to grasp. They are soft but firm (you know they'll be gnawed on—they'll hold up). They stick to the wet tub wall, and they float in the tub water. They don't come with a storage container. We used a basket back in the day, but now we've got this set in a zippered mesh lingerie bag hanging on a hook on the shower wall. Grammy has already started talking to Jack about the letters. His parents will continue using them and other activities, and i know they'll help him add much as they helped his uncle.

Great buy for kids 0-9 years
My kids loved these so much when they were young so I bought them again and they still loved them (5 years and 7) they are fun and cute bathtub toys and make it exciting to write words with. They stick to the sides of bathtub walls really well and they don’t soak up the water, they float. They are super easy to clean and to store away they are not bulky, I got a net with suction cup to hold them. I don’t remember if they came with it or if I bought it separate.

Fun & Educational Bath Toy- Just What We Wanted
Bought this set for my 2 1/2 year old daughter (8 months pregnant with my son, hope these will last long enough for him to use them too) for play and learning during bathtime. I was hoping it would be a full alphabet set and numbers 0-9, with a few extra vowels and digits thrown in to make more words, but you're limited to what you can do with just 26 letters. Might buy another set or two since the price isn't bad, but then there's the issue of storing them... I've always been satisfied with the Munchkin brand and while these had a distinct "rubber foam" smell to them upon opening the package, after washing them, then using them in a bubble bath, the smell quickly diminished. My daughter knows not to chew on toys like this but if she did, I don't think it would seriously harm her. More of a choking hazard than a chemical one. Of course, I supervise every bath so I'm not worried about this being a problem. We had a lot of fun wetting them and smacking them to the tub wall and practicing our letters and numbers. We created a game with a squirt bottle where she has to tell me the name of the letter or number I squirt with water- I think this will be great for her! The primary colors are bright and cheerful and non-gender specific (a quirk of mine now that we're having a boy), the letter and number shapes are easily recognized and a good size and thickness for toddler hands to hold. And they stick to the wall very well, even after bathtime is over. We have 1950's 5x5 glazed tiles so these letters adhere well within the squares; not too bad over grout lines either. And like another reviewer said, my husband and I had fun leaving messages for each other in the shower this morning too! The only letter we had trouble with was "x" for some reason. Its slightly bowed so it doesn't adhere to the tile even when wet but after some serious pressure, it works for a while. Not a big deal. If I buy another set, I'll just swap it out for the new one. These arrived quickly (with a ton of other bath toys I ordered for my daughter) and in excellent condition. Price was very reasonable and I like the brand so we're happy with these so far.

Fun and Educational Bath Time Toy
These Munchkin letters and numbers have made bath time so much more fun for our baby! He loves sticking them to the side of the tub and splashing around with them. They’re soft, colorful, and easy for little hands to grab. One of the best parts is how they float and stick to the walls when wet — it keeps him entertained while also starting to introduce letters and numbers in a playful way. They’re also easy to clean and dry quickly, which is a big plus. Overall, this is a simple, affordable toy that brings a lot of joy (and learning!) to bath time. Highly recommend for babies and toddlers.

Definitely recommend
Ordered these for my grandson. To replace the older ones he had that were looking kind of worn out. They arrived on time and were just as described. He was so happy when I gave them to him he had to go in and take a bath immediately and I didnt think I was going to be able to get him out of there. Lol! Would definitely recommend these for anyone looking. Great quality, stick great to tile wall, easily removed from wall, brite brilliant colors that dont bleed and stain shower walls, and perfect size for toddlers. We both love these so much and have so much fun spelling words and finding and recognizing each letter and number.

Excellent bath product, toddler approved! Needs to be individually dried though.
Purchased these when there was a sale going on. Toddler approved of it right away and had a blast with it in the tub. He liked naming the letters and numbers (didn't know all of them but wanted to learn the ones he didn't). They all float well, are bright colors, a good size and seem well made. They stick well to the bathroom tiled wall as well as to the bathtub wall. Minus 1 star because you have to wipe dry each letter after otherwise I'm assuming mold might form especially if you stack the letters. Although it's foamy, I don't know how breathable the foam is. Overall, I would still recommend these!

They included all the letters
Not only did they include all the letters in this set, it has the numbers as well. You guys, my child isn’t even two years old yet, but we’re filling out applications to all the Ivy League schools because he is already reading at a four year old’s level. The mathematical equations he can work out with these little foam pieces are nothing short of amazing, especially given you only get one of each number (from zero to nine, but he can use the letter “O” as another zero in a pinch, so that’s cool). The foam pieces stick to the walls of the tub, and he leaves me little poems that last long after the bath water has flowed down the drain. Sometimes I worry that they will attract mold if I leave them too long in the tub, so I try and take them out to dry completely between baths. Unless the poem is really good, then I leave it. I could take a picture, but art experienced in real life is better than a picture any day. You know what I’m saying? Oh, and he loves throwing the water logged letters he doesn’t use. Mostly at me. Like tiny water bombs, they soak my pants and my patience, and any hope I had of NOT washing a load of towels is dashed upon our exquisite bathroom floor tiles. Get this product, I highly recommend.

Colorful, Fun, and Educational
I really like how bright and colorful these bath letters and numbers are. The pieces are big enough for little hands to grab easily, and they stick to the tub walls when wet, which makes bath time both fun and educational. Perfect for helping 18-month+ babies start learning letters and numbers in a playful way. A great mix of fun and learning—I highly recommend!
