So many shakers out there, so many issues… rubber seals that pop up, caps that wont come off, I’ve tried metal ones, glass ones; shakers I’ve just “put up with”…But this one is now my margarita-shaker-the bomb-keeper!Some reviewers had mentioned that it was heavy , but really it hasn’t felt that way for me.. besides, we’re only shaking for 20-ish seconds, just until the glass gets frosty. Plus, the etched design on the outside gives a nice extra bit of grip.I’ve had no problem with the seal popping up. The strainer hasn’t gotten clogged with any lime or orange pulp. The cap isn’t a struggle to get off, and BTW, the cap holds 1.5 oz, if that’s a measure you use!It’s pretty, as well; it looks good and feels and functions great!I thought it was a great price for this, too.It’s a high quality, well made cocktail shaker with a beautiful design at a good price.Fill ‘er up, shake 10 seconds over each shoulder and smile!Cheers..

The mixer is solid! Deals very well and looks super classy. I will say that the seals floats around when twisting the top off.

I really like the looks of this shaker. It looks stunning on the whisky cabinet; however, it should be noted that it is much heavier than the classic stainless-steel shaker. When making festive 'glittery' cocktails it's nice to see the process through the shaker! It's thick and retains room temperature which when used for cocktails requiring 'shaken' over ice, tends to melt the ice and dilutes the cocktail unlike its stainless counterpart which actually becomes quite chilled when containing ice. The heft is nice but the fact that it retains room temp, melting the ice is the only reason I give it 4 stars.

This "shaker" leaks too badly to be shaken! The top does not seal -- or even fit tightly -- on the glass bottom. If you try to shake it, your liquid will be all over you. Very poor design.

I love this ! My husband was concerned that it would slip thru my hands while shaking. But not at all. And tbe top has a tight fit , yet easy to remove. Not like my metal shaker. Always had to get something to remove the top. Looks nice too. Up Date. 2-11-25 I ended up buying another one because my husband loves the glass for his bloody Mary drinks. And I refuse to use the metal shaker ( Can't get them open ) for my dirty martinis. Love the look and it's easy to use.

Kept seeing this online and had to have it! It is of great quality. Nice and heavy. Thick glass and really like the etched design. Only draw back may be the rubber seal around the top. Not sure how it will hold up. Time will tell…
