Dessert plate
This pattern is so lovely. I go it to put treats on to enjoy tea with my tea for one set. I can't say how beautiful it is. I am so spoiled. It was a great purchase

Like the review I left for the cup and saucer
Like the review I left for the cup and saucer, I purchased a few pieces of RA Country Roses to finish out a set that consists of all original pieces of RA. I'm very happy with these even though they are not a perfect. They are close enough. I sincerely doubt anyone else would notice. The new pieces are not any heavier or thicker than the original. I agree with another reviewer that the older pieces have a bit of an iridescence (very subtle) which the newer pieces don't have. The colors on the newer ones are more vibrant but I feel the older pieces have more depth and I prefer the softness of the colors, but again, not a big deal. The new plates have a tiny bit smaller circumference than the older salad plates. I'm including a couple of pics to help others make a more informed decision. I checked and the gold trim doesn't seem to be in danger of rubbing off as someone else mentioned. In the picture of the plates side by side, the newer plate (from Indonesia) is on the right, the one made in England on the left. In the picture of them stacked the one from England is underneath the newer plate from Indonesia.

I had always wanted this beautiful pattern in fine china. They are all I ever hoped they would be. They are beautiful on my table and are a pattern that will suit anyone's taste. Because I love roses and English country gardens, I find this pattern very appealing.
