KMSHAIRSTAY Anti-Humidity Seal, 3.7 oz

I put this to the test in the Dominican Republic- and it did wonders! I will say, I sprayed layers and layers all over my hair, but as someone who has regularly done this with other anti-humidity sprays with no luck in Southern US humidity- this actually worked without any crunch (which is what allows you to layer it on). I will say, it made my hair looking super duper greasy as I left the hotel room, and I styled my hair in waves to give it volume and mask how flat and greasy my hair looked right after a super deep wash. As the day progresses though, the greasy look leaves and you get a nice healthy looking shine. For reference, I am Dominican, I have curly hair and was using this on my straightened hair. This spray carried me through beach trips, multiple parties, riding around with the top down on super humid/rainy days, a wedding where I danced for like 3 hours straight, waking up the next morning to a hangover face, but perfect hair. Everyone else's hair was frizzy af. The best part is the curly hair at my hairline stayed soft and straight- this was a really good protective barrier which unlike other sprays relies on moisture to prevent humidity vs idk what other stuff. By the last day I ran out before I got to the top layer of my hair so I was able to compare the difference. While the bottom of my hair looked frizz free and shiny, the top half started to frizz immediately, and I looked a little crazy. I will probably stock up on this, as I live in NC and summers here shrink my hair length by about an inch when straightened.

I live in Florida, the humidity capital of the world and this product actually works to prevent what I call "brillo hair!" I can even go outside in the rain and my hair won't frizz. Be aware that this is NOT a hairspray. It is a product that once sprayed on the hair, creates a moisture barrier between your hair and the humidity. Is not a hairspray.

I travel to humid climates often and this protects my natural hair when it’s straight. I was on vacation in North Carolina and it started drizzling during a 10 minute walk back to my hotel, you already know I ran to that mirror first thing and my hair was still silky straight! To be fair, I always spray a generous amount. It also smells so good, it definitely gets rid of that “flat iron smell.” I have waist length 3B curly hair. This stuff is like a protective shield. Pricey, but worth it for my personal hair needs.

I bought this because it claimed to hold hair in place regardless of the humidity, but on a rainy day my hair became a mess pretty quickly. However, on a normal weather day, it's really nice. Nice even spray, hair feels soft, and a very nice soft scent.

My hair and coastal humidity have fought it out for decades, until this product! I am walking around in humid damp weather and my hair doesn’t even frizz or poof out, not even a little-this product is amazing.

This hair spray is pricey, but it's worth every penny. I also don't use it too often, so it lasts me a while. I do not like heavy hairspray and was looking for something with a lighter touch. This is it!

I haven't even tried this yet but I have been using KMS Hair Stay products for years. Every one that I have bought has been 8 ounces. This one was the same price but only 4 ounces (even though the picture looks like it is full size). If you are paying $25 for hair spray, it should be a full size. I'll need to buy at the Ulta store next time.

Do not discontinued this please. Ever my hair stylist was missing it. If you have curly hair and live or visit a humid place, this is it!
