Omg this ice is so perfect! it can seem a little noisy when you’re by yourself but it is relatively low. Not exactly sonic ice but still soft like the sonic ice! Will update if there are any problems.

Love the Zafro 35.5lb/24hr Nugget (grey) ice machine!!! No complaints in regards to this counter top ice machine!! Was purchased in February, and it's been running 24hrs a day since it's arrival. Yes, it does have a buzzing/noise sound...but you get used to it. Sounds like a fan. It does shut off once there is maximum ice. As the ice melts, it will make more ice. It does make a re-booting buzz sound when this happens. **I DO NOT USE TAP WATER. I read up, that the best water for ice machines, is distilled water. So Distilled water it is. The ice tastes clean, and crisp!! Also purchased Descaling tablets for inner machine cleaning, for once a month cleaning. Great purchase/happy customer!!

I love the ice it makes. I am actually drinking more water because of the ice chips. My only complaint…it is very loud. I read the reviews about it being loud, but figured I could handle it. I now only turn it on when I know I’m going to need it.

This is the 2nd one I have purchased because the first one started freezing up and caused the gears to strip out and lock up. That one lasted almost a year but this one started doing after a month. When they worked right I loved the ice but sucks they dont last long.

I have had this now for over 7 months and it’s still going strong and husband loves it , easy enough even he can do it ( and keep it clean)

Our freezer icemaker broke, and I purchased this until it could get fixed. It makes ice very quickly and love the fact that it has two different sizes. It does make soft ice so as soon as I take it out of the maker, I do put it in a Ziploc bag so it can Freeze the ice cubes harder. It makes quick ice in minutes love the fact that has a handle so I can take it off the countertop and put it in the cabinet quickly. Is pretty bulky so to have it on the counter. All the time is an eyesore But for the price, it is a great product.

If I have written review sooner I would have given it 5 stars, we'll maybe 4. Its noisy and runs a Lot! But ice is perfect and just what we were looking for. However, it didn't even last a whole year. Our quit after about 7 months. I have friends that bought same or similar items and say they only get less that a year as well. These things aren't cheap so honestly not worth the money.
