Rich Chocolate Flavor
One of those ingredients that you can just tell it's quality. Like, you take a bite and think: "they used the good chocolate." The flavor of every recipe I've used this in so far has been noticeably enhanced, whether used raw or bloomed for baking. If it's in your budget, this cocoa powder is a purchase you won't regret.

It's just a better product
So far my husband's favorite cocoa powder. He makes his own chocolate sauce for homemade mochas and this one tastes the best and creates the nicest consistency at the end. The fat content in this made a huge difference as well. Higher fat mix for more delicious, less powdery or grainy. It's just a better product.

Amazing
Used this for my chocolate shortbreads because my usual spot was out and it was pure perfection! The cocoa flavor was rich and it blended well into my dough. Will definitely buy again for my holiday baking.

Quality Cocoa Powder!!
This is a very good quality cocoa powder. I have made my favorite chocolate cake twice using this product. It has a very nice flavor. I will definitely be buying this product again. It is easy to work with and gives a much deeper color then natural cocoa.

09/27/2025 This is my first time trying this brand of cocoa powder and so far I have no complaints! I’ve used this Dutch-process cocoa powder in 2 different recipes and they came out just fine. One had to be mixed with water and the other in melted butter. This cocoa powder mixed beautifully in both and wasn’t clumpy at all. The color of this cocoa powder is pretty similar to “regular” cocoa powders (see pic compared to the black cocoa powder). The flavor was great in making a chocolate cake & chocolate buttercream. It smells richer than others so I’m hoping that’s a sign for better quality. I do wish it was cheaper for this size bag you get since I had to use a lot of this (compared to using only a little bit of the black cocoa powder) but I’m still happy with it.
