So far, this machine has worked flawlessly. The primary use is for wine slushy. I love how it indicates that you need to add water when alcohol content is too high. Following directions has resulted in perfection every time.I appreciate the ease in cleaning and small countertop footprint. Tried the cheaper brand and after two units that had issues, I bought the Ninja. Huge difference in design and performance. Wish I had bought this one in the first place. Love it!

Love it. Easy to clean, it freezes 5 cups of margarita in about 9-15 min. It’s very quiet, functional, and the ice tastes smooth. Still need to try soft serve ice cream.

Love the machine and all the ease of using it. I wish the price was a little lower but we have used it on a regular basis and it beats going out for an expensive slushie that doesn't taste as great as the one we made.

I love my slushie machine! It does not make frozen sugar free drinks but it does make low sugar drinks.

I received the product and try to use (as anyone would) and the machine was defective and would not get cold. This is not the first Ninja product that I have purchased and did not work correctly, so I wanted to return it for a refund, in order to purchase a different brand. This seller is making me pay the return shipping on the HEAVY machine and telling me if the product was used, I will be charged a 60% restock fee. How would I know is was defective, if I did not try to use it? Why is there a 60% restock fee for defective product? So, they can send it to someone else and make more money on it? I would have give 1/2 a star if I could have and that would have only been for receiving the product in 2 days. Very disappointed with the product and VERY dissatisfied with the seller.

The quality of this machine is amazing. The freeze quality is great as expected. I feel like overplayed for this product versus the in store option. It does take a long time to make drinks but it worth it. Cleaning all the parts are a breeze. I love my ninja needles to say.

The media could not be loaded. OMG! I’m so happy with my Ninja Slushi! Works very well, easy to operate and clean up is a breeze. This has become one of my favorite appliances, especially for summer!!!
