It paired well with Apple fine. I have a problem in that there does not seem to be a way to charge the unit. I texted the vendor/mfgr and received a reply for a different product. I texted them again and heard nothing so far. Don't know if it is rechargeable there is no way to change batteries They are replacing both items. Good company response

If I could give this piece of rubbish zero points I would. It unuseably low volume but at least it worked when I received it in July. I did not ever need to use it until November, and when I tried it was completely nonfunctional. I attempted a return (it was Amazson Prime) it but was told by the bot that I needed to contact Amazon. After waiting on hold with Amazon Cusotmer Service they reiterated that I was not due a refund becasue the return window had closed. Two lessons learned: don't trust Apple knock Offs, and don't trust Amazon Prime. It's hard to believe Amazon would risk my good will for a $10 item.

Just so other buyers are aware, this is a disposable tracker, not a re-usable one as advertised. It does last a long time but the reason it is so affordable is because you will have to buy another one in about 2 years. Again, they last a long time. Mine is just getting low so I went to go change out the “1 battery” I thought it operated on and found the edges glued and 3 batteries which are not replaceable because, well, you have to break the case to get to them lol. No biggie but worth noting for buyer transparency. In my opinion still worth the 8 bucks though I will be buying a different model that I can just change the battery out.

The tracker card's battery ran down after about 7 months, I only used it once. The seller was most gracious and got me another one almost immediately free of charge. I'm not sure I would buy another one but if this one lasts another 7 months+ than I would say the purchase was worth it. THE SELLER WAS EXCELLENT, at least in this case. I noticed they had 100% satisfactory reviews

Why does the description claim the battery lasts for two years when it is only guaranteed for a year. I purchased mine in Jan 2025 and by Dec 2025 it was already giving me error messages.
