I bought this as a gift and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. The video quality is excellent - really crisp and clear, even in different lighting. It’s great being able to see exactly who’s at the door, and it gives that added layer of peace of mind.Setup was genuinely quick and easy. It connected to Wi-Fi and the app without a hitch, and it looks really sleek once installed. One of the best features is how well it works with Alexa - even with just an Echo Dot! You can use voice commands to talk through the doorbell, which is super handy.To connect it to Alexa, you’ll need to enable the “Morecam” skill in the Alexa app and link your doorbell account. Just a heads-up: it’s worth renaming your doorbell in the app before linking it to Alexa (although can do it after) otherwise Alexa will refer to it using a long random code instead of something easy like “Front Door” or “Doorbell.”Just makes life easier lol.The app itself isn't overly high tech but is easy to navigate and use, and it even shows you the battery life of the doorbell at a glance, which is super useful.Notifications are fast too. the moment someone presses the bell, it pops up on your phone where you can answer, hang up or set up a voicemail (cool feature we didn't even realise it had initially).The chime that comes with it is also a great bonus. It runs on AAA batteries, so it’s totally portable so you can move it wherever you are in the house. It has a range of ringtones and adjustable volume, so whether you want it loud or quiet, you’re covered. The only thing to note is that the sound from the doorbell unit itself isn’t super loud, but it’s still clear enough to hear.So far, the battery life seems really good, and overall, this is a brilliant little system. It's well designed, affordable, and packed with features you’d expect from much pricier models!If you're after a smart doorbell that delivers on quality, integrates with Alexa, and is easy to set up, this is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!

This was a replacement for an old smart doorbell. When I found this, I was really pleased that a subscription was not required and any recordings can be saved to an SD card. Easy to set up. Any movement in the adjustable PIR area, sends a notification to your mobile. Video quality and still quality are great. So pleased I brought this. Oh forgot to mention that this comes with a portable chime box.

When it worked it was great but the battery only lasted a couple of days between charges Had to to return it for full refund

The media could not be loaded. The doorbell camera was quick and easy to set up. It sends clear images, even at night (see photo), and sends a message and takes a recording when anyone rings the doorbell. It even advises you if anyone even approaches the front door. The link to the smartphone is by wi-fi, but the chime is rung by wireless, so even in the event of a power cut or loss of wi-fi, the doorbell chime will still ring. The internal rechargeable battery lasts quite a long time, and the doorbell is easily demounted for recharging. I chose to use a micro SD card to store all images, though this was not supplied. I found this product to be very good quality, and most reliable, in spite of the quite reasonable price.

I’ve owned several camera doorbells. This is the best yet. Set up is simple and straightforward - the provided instructions are easy to follow. The provided mounting bracket means you can set the camera to the right angle which means what you want to record is in frame. I’m not a fan of having to pay to store the video and any pictures you take. You can if you want to but alternatively you can use the free basic cloud storage and/or insert a SD card. The picture quality is excellent. This is true of the colour recordings you get during the day or those taken at night. The motion detection also works well. And the sound quality is equally as good - it can be used as a two way intercom using your phone. Battery life is good and the separate chime has multiple sound settings and volume levels. Overall, I would highly recommend.

Had doorbell for about 6 weeks and has stopped working already
