I'm a PC. I've been a Microsoft software engineer for decades, so the PRODUCT is 100% good.I specifically wanted the 32 gig of ram, and this product delivered.My issue is with the page the product is on. It CLEARLY shows the product with a keyboard, which was not included. If I SIMPLY referred to the tiny tiny font fine print, it says purchase a keyboard for the full laptop experience.Yknow, MOST of the time, products that show misleading pictures say "NOTE: KEYBOARD NOT INCLUDED"!!!!! But the saga continues. . . . if you simply click on picture number 3, it doesn't even SHOW the Surface Pro 10 Tablet. It shows some kind of laptop. What!?!?!? The Surface Pro is most definitely NOT a laptop! Why show a picture of a product that is NOT the Surface Pro? Why not show a picture of a giraffe, and say "NOTE: Giraffe halter not included!"LASTLY, [completely not ANYONE's fault]. . . the "order shipped" email said "Someone must be present for delivery". I couldn't agree more - - - a 1500 dollar product should not lounge around on your front step waiting to be stolen. I get very good documented pictures when I buy a 7 dollar bottle of vitamins, showing the shipper was responsible; I totally love Amazon's freaky fast shipping contracts with various shippers. But today? NOPE! The guy ran back to his van and took off like a race car driver storming out of a pit stop. Luckily, I was expecting the package, and the dog notified me of an incoming intruder, and I was able to get the product off my door step. But sign for it? Nope, driver is already in another state.Again, the product is fantastic. I love Microsoft, and this product does not disappoint. Everything else did.
