Tozo Never Disappoints!
Yeah, these are the real deal...decent price, small, comfortable, and well-made. I was amazed at the sound quality for something this inexpensive - who am I kidding? - for something 2 or 3 times this expensive! The Active Noise Cancelling is excellent. I was listening to music with the window open, traffic sounds outside, and a fan going inside; and wow! Once the ANC was turned on...nothing but rich, beautiful music! They have a really nice punch to them bass-wise, with truly balanced mids and highs. I find I can turn the volume way down and still have a deep musical experience. The battery life is excellent. I use them a lot - maybe 1-2 hours at a time, sometimes twice a day, and they'll last for a good week before I need to charge them. Still, I'll pop a charging cable in them when I'm sitting at my computer, and they're always there for me. They are comfortable in my ear. The rubber tips that came with the earbuds worked for me. I love the display that lets me know how much power is left. I never really use the apps that come with these things, so I can't tell you about that. I will say that the controls - especially the noise cancelling - took a try or two to figure out; but I won't remove a star for my own laziness and lack of earbud skills! Seriously, these are really, really nice little earbuds that won't set you back, and will deliver great, balanced, beefy sound! I highly recommend them! I've purchased other Tozo products and I love them all. I even have their small $12 earbuds and, while they don't sound like these, they are still really decent. But buy these - you won't regret it! Peace!

A guy with a one year review
So here I am ready to write up this fine review. I actually ordered these around black Friday in 2021, ordered 2 pairs for myself assuming I, or my son would lose an ear-bud. I bought a 3rd pair for my father-in-law. I spent a total of $98 for 3 pairs($28-$34USD each), beat that Raycon! I'm a big fan of guys-talking or Podcasts as people call them so I've used the same headphones DAILY while I work IT and Incident Management 8-11hours per day, 5 days a week. I've also popped these bad boys in when falling asleep for a nice motivational podcast a few nights a week. I'm an Arizona resident and recently my pool went swamp green after a dust storm in October(rare), being that chlorine is expensive enough to finance, I opted to drain my pool. So here I am, listening to Joe Rogan, ripping some legal Blue Dream and cleaning my empty pool with liquid chlorine and muriatic acid. While having the jolliest of times sucking filtered air through a respirator and wearing heavy duty rubber gloves - I felt an ear bud slipping out my ear from all the movement(rare). Being there was flesh burning acid on my gloves, I hoped for the best but needless to say the headphone fell out my ear and tumbled into a pool of acid and chlorine. At the time it was night, my headlamp wouldn't shine through the fog of acidy water pooled up. I felt defeated, a whole year of not losing these important headphones and the time I contemplated using them, I lose one. I tried to scoop out the ear bud but couldn't see it in the water, so in the baking soda/soda ash and acid neutralizing chemicals go to start draining out this concoction. After about 20 minutes, I spot the ear bud and assume its fried and probably shouldn't place it in my ear hole after it soaked in ACID for 20ish minutes. I was determined though, never will I pay more than $35 for simple headphones that bang. After finishing the pool acid wash, I cleaned up. Took the headphone to a glass bowl, dumped a heap of baking soda and some water to make a paste and submerged the headphone while stirring it around. Then I poured vinegar all over the headphone to hopefully neutralize the acid this headphone absorbed for 20ish minutes. My hopes were cloud 9. I set this earbud on my work desk with a fan pointed toward it and forgot about it for about 24-26 hours. The next day, I placed a new rubber fitting(these come with many different sizes) and popped it in my ear. To my hopes, she worked like she had never soaked in acid. I can only hope I do not lose my ear, ear drum, get cancer or die but I'll be damned if I spend more money on headphone to listen to guys talking (podcasts). Updated: The date is 12/12/21, about 6 weeks later. I also run a detail business. So here I am tackling a 2016 F150 king cab long bed, jamming guys talking with my Tozo NC2s in my ear holes. Quite the long interior cleanup with a basic exterior hand wash including removal off splattered egg that's been beaten by the sun(damn teens, always uncalled for). The in-laws had the traditional Christmas pizza cookout party at 530pm and time was running tight. The time came to pack up but I had an unexpected visit about a Dodge RAM TRX in which I popped out my Tozo ear buds and left them on the side of bed rail of the F150.. I was in a rush to pack up and go, given I had lost time trying to score another detail job,... I forgot to get my oh so important ear buds! Luckily I had my backups and still had to go back to the truck about 56 hours later but what happens in that time? Phoenix gets unexpected rain. A good amount of rain. And the owner was bound to drive his newly cleaned out truck. Nerves were definitely high but didn't bother to tell the owner as I figured my earlier mistake dooped me out of my ol' trusty ear buds... The day had come, a quick touch up of the F150. The first thing I looked for? Ear buds. Where could they be?! Immediately I found one! Hopes were anxiously high but the job had to be done as I had obligations to get back to my son. After finishing the job, I gave a most stellar search through the wet rock and puddled water to find the second ear bud!! This fine piece of hardware was smoothered into mud that I had stepped in previously while cleaning the truck. Oh boy. Yet excitement was high and curious if it was to soaked to work again. I mean it sat in drenched mud for over 16 hours... Being a detailer I had rubbing alcohol handy and gave both ear buds a thorough cleanup. I couldn't wait and immediately popped them in my charging case to see their simple white charging light brighten my hopes and instantly tried to take over my Bluetooth connection of the 2nd pair of earbuds which I currently had in my ear holes! Now I'm listening to guys talking as I type this now with these truely tested ear buds! Worth your money folks. Enjoy! And I guess that is just showbiz baby -------------- I wasn't put on this earth to review this product but I'd be damnrd if I didn't. Today is Wednesday, 1/18/2023. Post pandemic. The US dollar is becoming the next penny. I'm working my IT job for 9.5 hours long for thousands of penny's and and using my Tozo noise canceling ear buds to listen to guys talking and the time comes to get off work. My wife and 2 year old boy went on a walk to the park only a few blocks away so I figure, "why not hop on the bicycle and go find them? Heck I could still listen to guys talking while getting my heart pumping." So that is exactly what I did, ....but the wrong direction. I rode 1 mild the wrong way and back tracked 1.7 miles the right way. Luckily I spot my wife and 2 year old son who told me "dad! Rip the meanest wheelies you've done in 10 years!" ....I obliged. I ripped numerous wheelies. One wheelies sent me on my behind(ass). This must of been when my Tozo earbuds went missing..... Fast forward 3 hours; I'm looking for the Tozies, anxious for some guys talking and to do some house chores... They're no where to be seen. They're not connecting... "dang nabbit!!" I screamed in my head. 'They must be in the street when I was going extreme' ..I grab my boy and have him hold the wheel while I shine my craftsman flashlight out the window. "HOLY SHNIKES! TOZO!" I gasped! There they were in all there well built glory, nestled on the side of the road. Not sure but they may of even been ran over but guess what? Yeah, they still work just fine! Thank you Tozo! __________________________ I guess, ...my final update. Its 5/22/2023. My Tozo NC2s had to succumb damage to the new family Golden Retriever puppy. She's a joy, but she ended a great streak of reliable, well built Tozo NC2s. I definitely felt some defeat, a few sorrows, a few cries of "whyyyyyy?!!!!" but somehow knew it was coming with the pupp chewing on anything that isn't a dog toy. So the next few days I had used my old Tozo NC2s but found that the noise cancelling feature through touch had stopped working. This annoyed me greatly as I like to focus while working my jobs and need that feature especially for detailing vehicles. After about 5-6 weeks of dealing with the old pair, I found myself ordering another pair of some Tozies (hip name for TOZO NC2s). They were delivered by Amazon within the same day, about 7 hours later. What a joy! I finally got paired back with a great working pair of Tozies to cancel out my family noise, vacuums, air compressors and all the noises of life so I could simply listen to guys talking. Music has even become more appreciated with this new set. Chris Stapleton's voice sounds like I have my eyes closed listening to him in a padded room, its phenomenal! And great to get back to music. Since the new pair has been delivered, Penny the pupp has gotten ahold of the right ear-bud but didn't do enough damage to stop its great sound output or its 'stop / start' features with a simple finger tap. AGAIN, highly recommend the 5-star TOZO NC2s, nothing will beat the price for a solid quality product! You may ask, "What is next to review, Stefan?" Well.. I'll be out there giving great honest reviews on ye ol' Google to restaurants and stores. I hope you all live a blessed life and consider the Tozies for purchase as they are worth every American Penny. Over and Out folks!

good earbuds, solid price
i recently got these because my airpods pro had broken and apple is a huge scam. theyre cheaper and still reliable. they have great noise cancelling, are about the same size as airpods pro, and charge fast and well. i was suspicious at first because i wasnt sure id like them because they feel VERY plasticy and cheap, but theyre a budget option so i dont care. my only gripe is their connectivity: sometimes i will have to completely have to remove the device from my laptop/phone to repair the earbuds instead of just being able to pop them in and have them connect automatically. its tedious and im not sure if its a me problem but whatever.. 🤷♂️

WTF amazing customer support
I like to wait a few months after ordering a product before I review it to see if the product actually lasts and, if I have any issues, what my experience with customer service is. My experience with the headphones is amazing. Sound quality: 5/5: I'm no audiophile, so I can't really comment on how the sound quality fares against other products. There aren't any glaring issues so full marks from me. Battery life: 5/5. The battery life is amazing, probably my favorite part. Before purchasing these, I had always used wired headphones. Finally upgraded my phone to a model that didn't have the 3mm jack so I had to get bluetooth, which I was reluctant to do because I expected battery life to be annoying to deal with. Not with these! I've never had them run out and I probably charge the case *maybe* once a week. Durability 5/5: I have had no issues. The form factor for the case and earphones is great. I keep the case in my pocket pretty much all day during work, and there are no cracks or huge gashes. Same can't even be said for my phone case and screen protector that is newer than these! Customer support: 7/5: Unbelievable, especially considering the price of the product: After 6 months of moderate use, I noticed there was an audio issue with the right bud playing volume at a significantly lower volume. (Note, I've had similar issues where sound / audio goes out of an ear with almost every single headset I've ever purchased, from SteelSeries to Razer, to SkullCandy; this is not a defect unique to TOZO). Out of all of my experiences working with customer support for headphone products, to my astonishment given the reasonable price point for the item, my experience with TOZO support was the best. They responded extremely promptly with sensible troubleshooting steps. While unfortunately the troubleshooting steps didn't fix the issue, after I responded they, in less than a business day, responded with a follow up to remedy the issue by replacing the product. Fully recommend. I will be buying TOZO whenever possible in the future.

After 4x different janky BT ear buds, I finally found a legit pair. That don't drop the signal!
*I do not/did not receive any kind of gift card or discount for doing a good review. If you read any of my past reviews I don't jack around with that. This review is 100% my own non biased opinion.* Just like the title says. These were my 4th attempt at some BT ear buds and I was ready to give up until these. All the previous BT ear buds around this price range were pure rubbish. Most had major connectivity issues in the sense that the signal would drop out if it basically was not in direct sight of my or even my girlfriends phones. They also would randomly try to pair with other BT devices. Just a host of bad experiences. Also, it makes it really tough these days to trust any reviews because they all try to game the system with gift cards or refunds if you remove a bad review. My overall rating on these would be 4.5 stars as they are not perfect, but for the price and how well they perform I bumped them up to 5. - Audio Nerd Stuff: The sound of these is on par for their price range.. They do sound "good" to almost "great" but lets not get carried away. They are dang good for the price range. They do bass but that's the one part I am having trouble getting dialed in. Instead of the sub 100hz hitting really good like some of the sony headphones, these are more tuned for that upper mid bass. They are heavier in the 100-250hz zone which is tough to try to EQ correctly. I spent a good while trying to tune 100-250hz down while keeping sub 100hz good but found it difficult. Not sure why but these head phones love that upper mid bass vs sub bass. No big deal though. The high's and mids are flat but don't read that in a bad way. Flat is pretty good. When companies start cranking high's or other dynamic ranges it tends to wash out the actual music. Again for the price, these are good to great headphones. No complaints. Oh yeah the stereo separation on this was actually damn good! I always felt BT audio didn't do that well. These do. - Fit: Well of course this is relative, but for me they did well. I'd say the fit for me is 4 out of 5 stars. I wore them on a 100mi bike ride and I only had to kind of secure or push them back in deeper a few times due more to sweat than fit. They were comfy for the 5.5hrs I was on the bike - Signal: This is where they are a freaking home run for me. NOT ONCE in that 100mi did I ever drop a signal. I was blown away. With all the previous BT earbuds I have tried all of them would drop a signal from really bad like every 5 seconds to like a couple times an hour. Not these! Not one time did they cut out or drop the signal. - ANC: Active Noise Cancelling. Well there is no special like technology that cancels noise on these.. Dumbest marketing term that is blown out of proportion these days. They are buds that go in your ears...That's the noise cancelling part. - Transparency Mode: They are marketing this as if it something ground breaking. You enable this mode and it's literally just a band pass filter that gets in enabled. All this mode does it basically cut all the bass off via band pass filter . Kind of dumb but whatever. - Charging Case: It's smaller than most and usb C. Not much more to say. Magnets pull it down.. It's awesome and I appreciate the smaller size case compared to others I have tried. - Touch control: Worked very well compared to previous BT ear buds I've tried. Lots of times it's really hard to tape the ear bud in the right spot to skip a track or whatever, but with these I found it very easy. - Mic: I have not tried or used this for a call yet. - Battery Life: So far it's been great. I did that 5.5hrs bike ride and they lasted the whole ride. I do understand all these companies claim bold statements on battery life and typically you are lucky to get half of what they claim. However, these made it 5.5hrs. It remains to be seen how long this will last for.. That's another common theme you see with BT ear buds is they work great at first then get bad quick.. Like in a month. - Wireless Charging. I had to set the case like dead center on my wireless charger to work but it does work. I have to do that with my phone too so no points off there. So that's basically it. I mean there's other non relevant stuff like the packaging it came in was nicer than others, but that doesn't matter. I will buy more products from this company in the future. I am finally happy.

Good Sound But..
Continued low mic input issues on my phone even when I tried switching devices, people tell me they can barely hear me, if it’s not that they say it’s sounds like I’m muffled. The battery on both earbuds started having issues after the third month, I just lost the case as it doesn’t have any kind of tracking or find my feature like other devices but these are cheaper so I kind of get what I pay for. The ANC is not so great and I would say only really works if I have music playing which really defeats the purpose cause then I’m just drowning out the noises with… well.. noise? 8/7/2026 - Just bought another pair that will get in tomorrow, so I’ll try them out for a few months and see if I have the same issues. 8/12 - I lost the case again, :c these are obviously not for me, I looked everywhere and I cannot for the life of me find them. I decided to just go for some super wallet burning AirPod Pros 💵🔥😥, so that I’ll have built in find me functions. I’m too scattered brain and this has already cost me 60$ invested. ALTHOUGH, for the five days that I had the new pair, the battery seemed a lot better than the other pair I had and the ANC + Speaker quality was also better? Maybe I just had a bad first pair. Oh well I can’t keep shelling out money for something I’m gonna inevitably lose. Sorry Tozo 😭🥀💔 It’s not you, it’s mostly me.

Tozo NC3s outstanding high-performing budget earbuds that you will love
I already own the Tozo Crystal Pods I got maybe a year ago, which are already great, turns out these NC3 Tozo earbuds are at least as good as the Crystals, if not better! They have tons of unreal amp power (I cannot stand wireless stuff with no amp. power or volume because, what's the point then in a noisy public place?), more than I need, the sound quality is excellent, not muddy at all, but with brain eating bass if required, all the benefits of the Tozo app., and they are comfy, well built, and the case has what the Crystal don't have which is a charge meter LED on the front of the case. I also invested in some new ear bud storage/travel cases separately because after dropping these outside my car last week, or maybe it was my other CMF buds, I decided it was time to protect some of my better earbuds. For the money, I think the Tozo NC3s are some of the finest earbuds you can currently buy at a budget level. The battery life so far is also exemplary, getting at least 5 hours or more with NC on for an average walk/workout or mall tour. That is outstanding, and the soundstage is also wider than I've heard in many earbuds of late. I can only describe the Tozo sound as punchy, warm, soundstage wide, and immersive. The treble is there but it's never abrasive or screechy, ever. My kind of V-curve sound signature. I didn't expect these to sound better than the Crystal Tozos, but my goodness I think they do! And the power amp. output is scary good. At maybe half volume they are pretty loud and powerful. Although the Crystal Pods are about the same in terms of power. Quality on both is great and the app. has all the EQ's and options you could really want. For a budget earbud Tozo puts out a quality product. I bought some JBL's and Baseus too, as backups to backups, and both of those are great, too, but not even in the same realm really, as the Tozo NC3s. And I am usually a harsh critic of audio gear. I recommend them, for the price the Tozos are hard to beat. I mainly use a pair of SkullCandy Crusher 2s headphones lately for my every day walks and whatnot, I absolutely love those, but, if you want earbuds as a secondary every day wear, for comfort or whatever, convenience, I would buy these without hesitation. And you didn't pay $700 or some nonsense! I still haven't bought Airpods or Bose, I'm sure they're great but the prices are a lot higher, too. The Tozos are affordable but also addictive in the best possible way. Fantastic for music, audiobooks, podcasts, whatever. I think the Tozo NC3s sound more like full-on over the ear headphones at times than earbuds, which is a considerable accomplishment design-wise. I would avoid Samsung Galaxy buds, I bought some they are lackluster and they don't work well with an iPhone. The app. wouldn't even work. The Tozo app. works no matter what! I've not had any pairing issues with Tozo stuff, and even if I did, I just reset the buds and they were fine.

Matching form factor to the Apple Airpods Pro; Sound and ANC performance behind the NC9; great value
OVERALL: - If you like the look and feel of the Apple Airpods Pro—buds and case, then you'll be happy. - ANC and overall sound is a tad worse than the Tozo NC9. - None of the tips provided as good a fit for passive noise cancelling than the Tozo NC9. NOTE: Used these on an iPhone 12 running latest iOS 14 version as of this writing. Also paired with Alexa devices and gaming laptop running Windows 10. My other pair of true wireless earbuds are Tozo NC9. All others are wireless and wired high end headphones. PRO: - Great price and value for what you get. Sometimes Amazon has a promo coupon that makes the deal even better. - The sound is good overall. - It has active noise cancellation that scrubs away much of the mid and low range background noise. - Easy to remove and replace buds into the case. - Case fits easily into a pocket when compared to the NC9 case. - They look basically like black Apple Airpods Pro--case and buds. - The touch controls were responsive and felt more like a more solid tactile response when compared to Tozo NC9. - Did I mention the value? If I lose an Apple Airpods Pro single bud, that’s like losing $100. Losing one of these buds is like losing $30. You can buy almost 4 of these for 1 set of Apple Airpods Pro with better battery life and water resistance. Also, if you compare many of the specs, you really have to ask if the others are really THAT much b$e$t$t$e$r. For some of you with loads of dough, then no biggie. Get the others. But if you’d like to spend more of your money on other stuff--gas, food, date night, etc.--then buy some of these. - They look great. - All control gestures work as they should for music, calls, activating Siri, etc. - They provide SIX different pairs of silicone ear tips to help you get a good fit. - Eartips are easy to remove. - Paired well and easily with iPhone, Alexa devices, and laptop PC. CON: - NOTE: How much of these cons are affected by never achieving a great fit, I don’t know. I bet it’s a lot! - The sound profile tends to boost the base more than I would like compared to the mids and highs. It sounds a bit muddy. I much prefer the sound profile of the NC9s. - No app to help you fine tune the levels for personal preferences. - No “hey, Siri” listening action--even if this is enabled on your iPhone. You'll need to triple tap either earbud. - With my Tozo NC9, the installed as shipped “medium” eartips worked the best. I did try out all of them. With these NC2, none of the provided eartips seemed to fit great. I never felt like they were going to fall out. The flange of all of the tips seemed to resist them falling out from scrunching my ears or exercise, but they did feel like they weren’t in really well compared to my NC9. Thinking back, maybe they also felt this insecure. But the biggest problem is that this inexact fit negatively impacts the passive noise cancellation and the overall sound. When I try to screw them better into the ear canals, no direction or depth seems adequate enough to help. - When comparing ANC performance between these and the Tozo NC9, the NC9 performed better at blocking out mid and low range background noises the best. These still blocked them out and will make your trips to the store, riding in a car full of kids, commuting, studying, or focusing at work all better. - Minor thing: Out of the box, the left bud wouldn’t connect or turn on at all. I tried several things, but putting both buds in the charging case and leaving them plugged into a power source for about 30 minutes did the trick. Maybe it just didn’t get charged enough on the trip over here? - Eartips can be a challenge to put onto the buds for those with fine-motor skill concerns. - If you are OCD, it will take some getting used to in adjusting these buds so that the stem is more-or-less even angled on both sides of your face. This may or may not matter. For me, it was primarily about trying to get a good seal--this sometimes meant screwing those things in to where the buds are a different angles from each other. A bit annoying. OTHER: - I’d need to really test call quality features more before judging this adequately under various conditions with various levels of background noise. - The actual sound tube that sticks into your hear has a slightly oval cross-section. The Tozo NC9’s have a round or cylindrical shape. The silicone eartips match this oval shape.
